Late last week, I was in the market to turn in my existing lease and start a new one. I had very specific criteria--year, make, model, trim, and budget. The team at DAV Executive Auto Group presented several options, and I ended up getting a car that exceeded my requirements while staying within my budget. Not only that, the entire process was seamless. It took less than 30 minutes of my time, instead of the hours it typically takes at a dealership. The team delivered my new car along with the documents that needed to be signed, and they picked up the vehicle I was turning in. This was my sixth lease renewal with the manufacturer and my first time working with DAV Executive Auto Group. I have to say, this has been by far the most pleasant, seamless, and least time‑consuming experience I've had, BY FAR!!! The team handled everything on the backend--my only tasks were choosing the vehicle and completing a few sections of a two‑page credit app. Within a few hours, my new car and all the necessary documents were waiting in my garage. This was truly an amazing experience, and I want to thank everyone at DAV for their excellent customer service. These guys are great! We have purchased 4 cars already from Dav auto and every time these guys deliver exactly what we want. It has been a smooth experience every single time that is why we have been coming back and we always will. Arthur was our agent this time and he made sure everything is exactly what we want. Recently, I wanted to change my Lexus Ct 200h. I wasn't happy with the car, though it was great on gas, but it wasn't for me. After 4 different broker conversations I can honestly say Alfred, with DAV, beat them all. Alfred was the best of the best. Hands down one of the best and a true professional. Alfred did not only answer all my questions but he went above and beyond to get me what i can now call my new car, Lexus GS F. This car is just beautiful and now i can call it my own thanks to Alfred. I get pretty anxious and inpatient but Alfred made me feel like if i knew him for years and took care of everything hassle free. 2018 Lexus RX350 Premium Package and more in the books! If you want to get great deal on cars, come and call DAV. ANDO made the process of getting a car that you want smoothly and stress free. I told him what we wanted, showed me some few options within our budget and came up with an agreement. We got the car at our earliest convenience. Look no further when it comes to leasing a great car at an even greater price. YOU NEED TO ASK FOR SAKO!! He was able to get me such insane deals for my Infiniti Q50 and my fiancé's Dodge Challenger (both fully loaded) that people's jaws still drop when they hear how much our payments are. Arthur was awesome! Found me a bmw 435 manual which are incredibly rare. Only 3 for sale with a sports package in california! He did an awesome job and was really friendly and knew what he was doing. He was dependable and very receptive to phone calls and texts. Honestly if you are getting any car that you havent already found giving him a call and he can find the car no matter how rare. I crashed my car and was in the market for a new one, but had absolutely no idea what car I wanted. A friend referred me to DAV Auto and I was glad to be connected with a gentleman named Raffi. Being indecisive and having absolutely no idea what car I wanted, Raffi was patient enough to review over 2 dozen cars and worked on getting multiple offers. After narrowing my decision down to a Dodge Ram 1500, I had to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. That said, I called multiple brokers and even dealers and asked if they can offer me a better deal than what Raffi had quoted me. To no surprise, they all said they couldn't even match. WOW. It is rare that I am impressed and it is rare that I ever leave a review online. However, Tony @ DAV Executive Auto went over and above to find the right car for me. He even challenged me to go do as many dealers as I wanted to find a better deal (so I did visit other dealerships as instructed). He simply crushed all of their offers. To top it off, I was super busy at work and he brought the car to my office and I finished all of the paperwork in less than five minutes. Where do I begin? I was so skeptical at first. I didn't even know there were car brokers and when I did find that out, I thought it was just for people who didn't know how to buy cars lol. I decided to give Sarkis (the man) a call since a friend used him and recommended him. I gave him a call one night early evening and I tell him what I'm looking for (lease) and my budget. He asks all the details and tells me he'll get back to me. The very next day he calls to tell me he's found what I was looking for. Actually, better than what I was looking for!! I wanted a car that was being promoted at a holiday sales rate and usually it's like pulling teeth at the dealer even getting the deal as advertised. Sarkis got me the car from the advertisement but an even better sporty model of the car with zero due at signing (better than the ad) and monthly payments lower than advertised. I couldn't believe it and didn't think it would actually go through. Sarkis sent me the credit app, I filled it out and returned it, then the car was ready for pickup the next day!! Unbelievable :) The entire process from start to finish took only 3 days with only about 30 minutes of actual work. When I went and picked it up, it had a tiny area that needed to be buffed out. Sarkis arranged for me to go to the dealer when I'm ready and they will buff it out, detail clean it, and fill it up with gas all for free whenever I feel like going. This is the only way I will be getting cars now. The gf now wants to get a new car since it's so easy and cheap and two of my friends are calling Sarkis within the next few weeks to get their new cars. Do yourself a huuuuge favor and give him a call next time you get a new car. 100% won't regret it! read more

I was in search of a car for a while, but I've always left a car dealership with a bad taste in my mouth. The service was lackadaisical, and the "deals" shoved plenty of unnecessary equipment to balloon the overall cost of the car; dealerships simply lack transparency that we as buyers yearn for. I was referred here through a family friend and, at first, I was a bit skeptical. I thought that the vehicle quotes were for leftover models that sat on the lot and didn't sell and they'd hide fees (just like in the dealerships) from the quote provided. In the end, I was damn wrong. I originally got a lease quote for a completely base 2015 Audi A3 at a normal car dealership, and while they tried their best, the deal DAV Auto provided was SIGNIFICANTLY lower. On top of that, the quote DAV Auto provided was for a just released 2016 model that also included a few extra goodies in the car itself. Elvis made the process smooth, quick, and easy. I was in and out of the office in 30 minutes and didn't have to go through any hassle whatsoever. DAV Auto provides a quality service that instills peace of mind and, in the end, a great car for a badass price. First I want to say that this review and star count DOES NOT reflect the employee that hooked me up with my beautiful car at such an awesome price, I couldn't be happier....BUT and that's a fat BUT, the owner, DAV is an entirely different story.... I don't know how he has a business running with his crap attitude. Probably one of the absolute worst human beings I've ever had the misfortune to meet, this guy is so egotistic so rude and pompous I have no clue how he's married even, the 2nd time I stopped by the office to talk to my AWESOME broker he was talking down so horribly to who I found out was his wife my jaw dropped, she must not have much confidence in herself to be with this idiot.... He wouldn't give me the time of day to ask some questions as I was waiting he told me to just continue to wait for his employee to help me as he was to busy sitting there not doing anything and with a disgusted look on his face like how dare I speak to him, he wouldn't even look me in the eye... Believe you me: If I were able to give DAV an infinite amount of stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. I can't even begin to describe how amazing everyone at DAV Auto is, how attentive they are to their customers and how they constantly strive, with every fiber in their being, to get you the best possible deal. This, ladies and gentlemen, is how loyal customers are made. Between myself and my family members, we have leased at least 5 cars from DAV and every one of them has been the best deal we could have gotten anywhere. I recently leased a 2014 Toyota Corolla and a Lexus IS F Sport. I called DAV Auto, for the car i wanted and they did everything for me and so fast. This was the fourth time i leased a car and i must say this was the most pleasant experience i have thus far had. I let them know what car i wanted and how much i wanted my payments to be. They took care of everything else and called me back and said my car will be delivered that afternoon. Everything was up front and as quoted, not to mention the great level of customer service. I will be letting all my friends and family know about there great service and recommend them to use DAV Auto for there next lease or purchase. Not only is he well informed, he is quick, does all the research for you, finds you the car you want at THE BEST PRICE & makes you feel at ease! He is super patient and ready to answer all your questions.
