We found Dalelis on a finding service and saw they were close by, so we called and James picked up and said he could be there in about half an hour. James does what he says he will do. He came in when he said he would and had the problem fixed in about 15 minutes. While he was working, he'd noticed our heating system was ancient and offered to look at it. He told us the one he would recommend and why, and gave us a quote right then on a high efficiency replacement. We'd had several quotes on the job and we knew James' price was very good, and it didn't change after he quoted it. We scheduled the job and we're still admiring the work he and his crew did. He was…read moreextremely professional and transparent, and went so far to suggest that he come back out to give the job a second look after I dragged my feet between getting the original quote in January and choosing to go ahead with the work in late June. I was extremely impressed with the quick work that they did, and how far above and beyond they went to keep the house clean (knowing a lot of the work was going to need the attic access in a baby's room.) Through our project, John discovered a potentially serious electrical wiring issue with our home that he (and Andy, the electrician that he uses) handled perfectly and in a timely fashion. I had no doubts that this minor additional work that came up through this project was in the interest of having done for safety reasons as he was able to explain it to a layman in a way that I could understand. John wanted to walk through the job at the end of the project, show me the work that was done, and confirm that I was pleased with the results. Unfortunately a less experienced technician was sent to evaluate the situation. Seasonal Air was nice not to charge me for their visit, and told me that I needed an electrician to resolve my issue. After spending $300 on an electrician, they diagnosed the issue correctly and told me I needed to bring back the HVAC specialist. When I called Seasonal Air back to request they return to fix the problem, they never called me back. They just completely disappeared. I called 3x, begging them to return my call given it was 95 degrees and very hot in my house. Ultimately I called a different HVAC specialist who was able to fix the problem in an hour -it was a clogged drain-and who was surprised that Seasonal Air didn't recognize the issue immediately as this is a common problem. So I ended up spending $550 to cover the electrician and the HVAC specialist (instead if just paying $250) and lost 2 days in my office (vs one day), and lost 2 nights of sleep (vs one) due to the heat. I hope the Seasonal Air team reads this and reevaluates how they treat their customers going forward.

This place made me wait and then sent the dumbest technician I have ever met. I had to operate his…read moretablet for him and repeatedly point out that the information he was looking for wasn't on the unit's label while he constantly told me he wasn't very familiar with Lennox systems, even though I called them because they are a Lennox dealer. I ended up having to help him through checking everything. I eventually got an "estimate" that included overpriced repairs that cost as much as replacing the unit. It had a digital "signature" on it that just was the tech writing NA. I never actually signed anything. Nothing they sent me mentioned anything about late fees, but considering I was done with this company and couldn't get them on the phone reliably to pay I mailed a check. The check was never cashed, and I tried calling a couple times over the last year. Now almost a year later they email me telling me I have a years' worth of late fees because they never cashed the check. I finally was able to call during the day (not always easy for me). I got a person who again told me the person I needed had already left for the day. I told them if they wanted to be paid they needed to take the card over the phone right now. She agreed. Then told me the current balance. I refused to pay the late fees and told them I would authorize only the original balance. She put me on hold while she checked and then blind transferred me. The person answered like they had no idea who I was. I explained the situation again (very frustrating) and he knew exactly who I was and already had the information. He stated they have several ways to pay, except apparently those ways aren't check since I tried that. And none of the mailed "invoices" I received provide any payment information, terms and conditions, or anything but the current balance and how many days late it was. Just "Past Due - Please Remit" and an address along with a return envelope. But I had already tried that. This person claimed to be willing to take the payment, but when I rejected the late fees he claimed he needed to investigate and would get back to me. I told him I am not available during the day and he scoffed at me. I gave him one final chance to accept the payment without late fees right then or I was going to stop even attempting to pay as my life doesn't revolve around a waste of time diagnostic service with a technician that didn't know what they were doing. It shouldn't be this hard to pay them. The late fees should have never existed if they just cashed the check I sent or had ever provided me with payment instructions. other than "Please Remit", a return envelope, and an address. I will never use these people again. Everything with them is a clown show. Can't get straight answers, can't get things properly diagnosed. Can't get trained people. Can't even pay their bill. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
