DO NOT USE FHE KIOSKS TO LOAD CARDS!!! We went a few weeks ago and my card was skimmed using the kiosk. There used to be employees at a counter nearby to load cards but they are long gone. We let a manager know and the response was basically they try but can't always check. From now on, I will have staff load the cards. The games are pricey AF. The prizes are generally garbage. Yes, there is all this excitement and sounds like a casino but it's just hype. Now you can trade tickets for food which is good but when my kids went last Wednesday on 1/2 price game day, they were given conflicting information about how to get food. I'm sure it's a great place to bring children who are too young to notice how disgusting everything is. I'm surprised I was able to leave the bathroom considering the bottoms of my shoes stuck to floor with every move I took. The menu pages were stuck together with the same stickiness that was covering their bathroom floor because they haven't been wiped down since they opened. Service at the bar was a joke every bartender was rude. I would hate my life if I worked there too but blaming more of management staff for that one. I didn't have any silverware or napkins dropped off with my burger and fries but it's probably because they knew I wouldn't need it considering their food is INEDIBLE. Food wasn't good. And the price of the food was outrageous for what you actually get. Broken games. Not going back. I was with my children after visiting my sister in the hospital. It was Veterans Day and with some bad news from my sister, the visit at D&B was suppose to cheer us up. The waitress treated me like I was going to do a dine and dash, really quick to come over when my boys went to the restroom and her asking where they went, and on top of the suspicion, she treated me like I wasn't a veteran. When it was time to pay, she was Really quick to take my debit card and insert it in the machine. Then scrolled really quick of what we were charged, Then pressed the tip button showing three different tip options, walking away saying, she's not supposed to see the transaction. I paid and waited for my receipt. Although the food was horrible, I didn't want to spoil the day for my children. Well, that really didn't matter, because most of the games were broken. We haven't been to a DB in years so our expectations were pretty low. But we had a blast! We went on a Saturday night on a whim and had no trouble parking (save your ticket stub to get reimbursed inside) or with playing games. It was definitely crowded (especially if you wanted to dine in) but we didn't have issues waiting to play the arcade games. Bring hand sanitizer. This was our first stop coming from the airport. Been to a couple of D&B's in the bay area but this was actually a great spot to go to with kids. I had fish and chips and got me a huge crunchy, perfectly battered fish! Kids had box mac and cheese, but they still loved it. Also ordered some lemonades and the amazing deal was that it had free refills! Husband also ordered local beer. After late lunch, kids played at the section at the back which was more age appropriate for them and they had a blast! The arcade had a variety of old and new games, some of them you can play on your phone but there is such a certain feel seeing it on a giant screen like pac man and galaga! Took my kid and her friend there to get out of the house. They had a great time. I'm happy that they are practicing Covid protocols but it does make it a little inconvenient having machines inoperable. There were a few machines that had people congregating and waiting for their turn. I'd imagine that's defeating the purpose of turning off some machines. I miss the food and bar in the play area. If you're looking for kid-friendly entertainment that's indoors, look no further! This was the perfect spot to hang out with my 7 yo. We went right when they opened at 11a and easily had 90+ mins of fun. The space is huge, a tad bit noisy, and 100% worth the visit. We had a great time and really enjoyed the variety of games this place had. I think our fun was also due to the fact that we had a large breakfast and weren't there for any food or drink. Bonus points for us going on a Friday morning, which led to easy parking. read more

Seems like the food here is kinda hit or miss, generally a little bit on the pricy side for what you get - the hawaiian chicken sandwich I got was super underwhelming but my friend's salmon dish was actually surprisingly solid. Given that the chicken sandwich basically just boiled down to a couple little unseasoned chicken tenders on lettuce with some pointlessly spicy sauce, it was probably just a bad idea in the first place - the way they described it seemed a little too good to be true so I guess I should've figured, but it wasn't inedible. The salmon was tasty and made for a pretty plate. Going here for the restaurant experience might be a bit of a gamble, but the restaurant-arcade experience was fun, we had a good time. Just keep your expectations reasonable and you will probably have a good time too. read more

Food was good. Went to play some games And ordered 1 rum and coke for $11. Gave the bartender $15 cash and never got my change. I had ONE DRINK. Not even buzzed. Stayed at the bar and finished my dring in about 30 minutes. Pleasant of your bartenders to not return any change. As if I'm gonna tip $4 for an $11 drink. I haven't been to a Dave & Buster's in years, let alone have I ever actually tried their food. My wife and I attended a birthday party for my little cousin and we decided to eat at D&B before we played. SEMI-BIG mistake. I say this as some things were genuinely good. Other things were genuinely terrible and service simply made me sad. I ordered some buffalo wings, chicken and waffles and my wife ordered chicken tenders. Onto the food! The chicken and waffles were pretty basic. Waffle was dry and somewhat hard. The chicken in the middle had an odd taste, but not a bad taste. It's really hard to explain because it really wasn't good or bad. Oddly enough the bacon on it was pretty good! My wife's chicken tenders were pretty damn good. They were a tad bit cold when they came out, but it didn't take away from the taste. Now, the biggest redeeming factor was the wings. Those buffalo wings were absolutely amazing. Juicy, spicy and crispy. I wanted more! Now when I say the service made me sad, I do mean it. Most of the waiters looked like they didn't want to be there and the food and drinks took forever to arrive. My family and I were one out of the three tables occupied at the time of arrival. It did get packed as time went on, but we had already put in our order. So I was really confused as to why it took forever to come out. Overall, the D&B experience wasn't terrible. Would I come for the food again? No. Except the wings! But, I do believe in second chances so I do plan on coming back with some friends. This honestly could of just been a bad day, so don't let my experience take away from giving this location a shot. If not for the food, come for the games! There's so many broken games, if they're not broken they glitch and still take your credits. Don't know what the point of having techs are if they're not on the floor and you have to hunt them down, definitely wouldn't come back even as a last resort. read more

Haven't been here in 3 years. Came in with some friends to watch the playoff game. We sat at the bar for wings and drinks. Waited 45 minutes to an hour for our all you can eat wings. Our waitress had no idea what a place setting was. When we ordered BQ wings our server always delivered buffalo. Bad experience and I'm not surprised they have a 2 star rating. read more

I would give this location lower stars but since it's 'rona pandemic I will be nice. This location will not currently allow people to play games and enjoy a drink at the same time. This is the only D&B location that I have been to since the pandemic that operates like this. It might be why there was no one here when my husband and I stopped. We stayed for a minimal amount of time because it was not fun. If you are overly cautious with 'rona this place is for you. There is about 100 bottles of hand sanitizer everywhere and even gloves to operate the game. read more

The server apologized but didn't seem too concerned with the fact we were not getting our food. Should have had a manager come by. Not to mention the two tables surrounding us CANCELED their orders and walked out because they experienced the same issue.... might I add, the place wasn't even busy. Arcade was fun and spacious, though many games broken and absolutely no staff present to help. Literally zero staff present in the arcade space. Dave, Buster, what is up with the place .... I mean the food is a disaster. Yes the arcades are OK, although many are out of order but the food is just simply nasty! Like a cooking experiment gone wrong. The kicker of the evening, my kid orders BBQ ribs and to be fair, he is a carnivore (able to put away double the meat of his weight). The bring the ribs, he gives it a shot but they are not good. I mean, dry, tasteless and just NOT good. We tell the server: "sorry, these are simply inedible" and his response is: "thanks for letting us know, I will advise the next guest". Needless to say, avoid this trap - food simply sucks!!!!!! She took her time and didn't show irritation when my 5 & 6 year old spoke up to ask for things. Haven't dined at a D&B in years, but after having the experience I've had tonight i won't second guess dinning at D&B. I was impressed all the way around. Thank you Bry! Meh. For starters their air conditioning apparently has not been working for A YEAR (our Server told us that). Which is absolutely insane that they are even still operating. It was SO hot. We made reservations a week in advance for Saturday night. Once we got there, there was a very long line at the hostess stand. Once we got up to the front, they told us that they had a messed up and reservations were supposed to have been turned off on Saturdays so actually we don't have a reservation. Which is total BS. There were birthday parties everywhere so it's hard to believe that they had not taken any ones reservation. I did feel bad for the hostess, having to deal with everyone complaining when her manager was standing right next to her, not taking any accountability, and instead just yelling and talking down to the hostess. The place was pretty busy but fortunately they were able to find us a table within a few minutes. The service was decent i guess. Went without drinks a couple times for a while. The nachos and truffle fries appetizers were good. I got the chicken avocado club and honestly it was hard to eat, just the size of the breading and everything. The sandwich in general was kind of awkward. Also, mine came with the incorrect side dish and also came with things on the sandwich that I had requested not to be. Annoying. The arcade itself is big, and I love that they have a DJ playing music. The games are really expensive to play so your credits do not last long. So many of the games were broken, they appear to be working so you would scan your card and it would take your credits and then either nothing would happen or the game would malfunction. There are one or two people walking around available to fix games but half the time we couldn't find them so we just ended up losing money. We did like the bar in the arcade and thought the bartenders were good. Lots of TVs as well, but the dj is super loud just fyi. We found out that Wednesday nights. The games are half price so that would be the only way we would ever go back, and maybe not even then. read more

EVERY time I come here in the last 2 years it's been TERRIBLE service. The food is eh, the drinks are eh, the games are cool...OBVIOUSLY. The service? HORRIBLE, literally EVERY SINGLE TIME. Today we sat at the bar and waited for 15 minutes before we were greeted. We were the ONLY people at the bar and there was TWO bar tables. I've been in the industry 15 years and there's NO reason we shouldn't have been noticed and greeted within 2-3 minutes. After our first round of drinks I finished mine quickly, it was another 25-30 minutes before we were asked for another one. If it weren't for the games I would never come back. read more

This place is awesome, this is my first time at Dave & Buster's. When we walked in I felt like I was walking into a Las Vegas casino resort. The energy, the bar, all the restaurants, it was amazing! It even smelled like Vegas. Came here to play on the arcade games and had a blast, funnily enough the best games were the cheapest to play, like skee ball, basketball etc. Overall had a good time, looking forward to my next visit. read more

I am very disappointed with this place. I knew that the staff was rude and the food sucked before planning a trip here, but this has made me angrier than ever. I purchased a power card and chips on March 10, 2020. This was a surprise for my wife's birthday. They closed due to COVID-19 and now that they are back open we cannot go. It is too risky for someone with asthma to risk going to a place like that where everyone is touching everything. They are refusing to refund the power card. Many companies are being greedy like this, and that is why there are laws surrounding refunds during COVID-19. I will be consulting a lawyer. Based on previous experiences I would not recommend this place anyway. My mistake for attempting to go again. *Edit* They clearly were not actually reading my post when they responded.
