We came Sunday night on memorial day weekend, so you would think they would be staffed in expectation of being busy. We are from Philly and only came over to this one so we wouldn't have to deal with parking fees. Instantly regretted it. Half the dining room was empty, but we were told it's be a 30 mins wait for a table. Once we sat at the bar, we could see why. It looked like there were only 2 servers and 1 bartender. There were dirty tables, and empty glasses everywhere. The poor bartender was very nice and personable, but was running around nonstop and it was very hard to get his attention to order anything. Why there's only one on a weekend evening, makes no sense. The food and drinks were good though, I will give them that. After eating, we went to play some games. The place was fairly crowded and the same thing was happening. Dirty, empty glasses everywhere! Also, many of the games were not working properly. They need to do some serious hiring or schedule changing or get a new manager asap. I love Dave & Busters, but this was definitely my worst experience at one, and I won't be back to this location at least. read more

Well usually I say we always have a great time here. Unfortunately the hubby and I came in for lunch and were not impressed. Once again it seems big corp never schedules enough people and the customer suffers. So they can get richer!!! Schedule more people to work!!! Meh..... First of all, it's a little on the smaller side, for a Dave and Busters. Secondly, there are like 47 racing games here. Seriously, I'd say about 40/50% of the games here are racing games; which is cool, if thats your thing, but my daughter likes those silly dancing games, and there is exactly ONE of those....and it was broken. Which brings us to third, a fair amount of the games were broken or in some state of disorder. We had to get reimbursed for one of the racing games because it was one of those "moves as the game goes" types, but it didn't move at all. That one, the dance one, and a few others were not fully operational, and there was a tech completely dismantling and working on the Hungry Hungry Hippos game while we were there. (another one my daughter would have played with, but alas....) It was also LOUD. We literally put my daughters headphones on because of how loud it was in there. Still, because she's a child, she had fun, but I won't be in a RUSH to get back here, even though I'm sure we will make it back. When I do, I'll maybe check out the food or bar areas and update this review. But, as purely an arcade; at least one to take your young kids too, it was *shoulder shrug emoji* read more

Way better than I expected the food was actually good. There's a decent beer selection and the service is also good. Nothing really stood out tho everything was just good which is a win because I was expecting garbage. My little guy wife and I had a blast playing and the amount of play for the dollar value is actually way better than other local places. Plenty of skill games and arcade games to play. The bathrooms were clean and out table was clean but several tables seemed to be unbussed. At the end when it's time to redeem your tickets for prizes it's pretty disappointing the quality of what you get and the cost in ticket value. I have only been here without children, usually late at night, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. It has never been crowded and everything seems pretty clean. There are a variety of games, and while it definitely caters to kids, adults can have a good time here too. There is a nice bar and eating area as well. I have only ever had drinks and appetizers, never entrees, but they have a full menu. Dave & Busters could be part of an exciting date night for couples or just a good time with friends. I also love that they're open late, which is rare post-Covid times, as most places we used to love to visit late now closes before 10 pm. read more

Reserved a room for 11 to 1...was given2 tables instead. One waitress suppose to be 2. Brought out 3 platters appetizers took drink order and one couple ordered extra appetizer. That was it. Never checked back...dirty dishes stacked no one cleared. Asked for plates for dessert...not the waitress ..guy..brought out a few...no utensils...of course the gratuity...$92. Had to be paid up front so no insensitive to be accommodating. $46 on hour to do nothing. Couple with separate check couldn't use the square code on receipt to pay...could not pay at bar...waitress walked by multiple times.had to chase her down. Took 10 minutes. Never again. If you are into sports, game day, Rose Bowls, wide screens, and surrounds sounds this is definitely the place for you. I was looking for drinks and a salad. I was super disappointed. My drink was an over salted frozen Margaritas. I asked the waiter who was masked and very friendly, to bring me "ANOTHER" Margarita with no salt on the rim, he poured the exact same drink into an unsalted glass (I watched from afar I couldn't believe that was actually happening). I wish they would have made an effort to make the drink over, by the time I got the exact same drink back in another glass the salt on the glass from the previous rim melted in the drink and it seriously tasted like lime salt water. YUCKY (is "yucky" acceptable amongst adults?) I see I should have been specific with the drink instructions. The very little chicken in the salad was actually hard and burned. I should have asked for a manager but I was just ready to leave and call it a night. Food and drinks highly disappointing. The surround sound was phenomenal and it was a family friendly atmosphere, did I mention the projection televisions were huge? Yeah, noooooo I will not go back there again. Ever. Fun place with pretty good food. I went during their half off all food promo in April 2024 and the prices were definitely good for the half price deal. Lemon pepper dry rub wings were delicious as was the salmon bowl, Hawaiian chicken sandwich, and cantina nachos. Tried the Brussels sprouts and they were nothing like the menu picture and did not taste good at all. The waitress took them off my bill so no worries. Lots of loud fun games for kids and adults and seems perfect for sports games with the huge tv's everywhere! Happy hour beers were great for $5 and the half price games on Wednesday made this night a fun one. read more

This Dave and Buster's is a great spot to take kids or grandkids. I have been once on a Saturday afternoon and once on a Saturday evening. The afternoon was much better for small children. It was less crowded and we could eat in their restaurant easily. I'm not sure if this location is an attraction for kids/teens or a bar for young adults. Either way the food was basic and good. The pretzel appetizer is a pleaser for adults and kids. The peperoni pizza was very good. They even accomodated one of my grandchildren and made a bowl of buttered pasta. I will definitely be back. Unofficially celebrated my daughters 14th birthday here. The kids had fun playing the games and purchasing from the store (w/ their tickets). Because it was not an official party they did not have a food menu to accommodate the 10+ kids in our party. The waitress was amazing and helpful. She recommended I purchase cheese pizza flat breads and an order of the garlic fries for the kids; this was the best and affordable option. My family (a party of 14) recently visited Dave & Buster's in Blackwood, NJ, and the experience was unacceptable. Our server was rude and dismissive from the start, with an attitude that felt completely unprovoked. She only took orders from one side of the long table and made the rest of us yell our orders across -- until my father asked her to come to our side. She rolled her eyes constantly and acted like we were a burden. It felt like, because gratuity was automatically included for large parties, she didn't care to provide good service. Many of us have worked in the service industry, so we know what respectful service looks like -- and this wasn't it. I reported the issue to a supervisor, but we won't be returning. If gratuity hadn't been included, she wouldn't have received a tip at all. read more

If you're in the area, definitely stop in and have a bite to eat and play some games. Was seating right away. Table was a semi high top. But extremely comfortable. Was able to look over the menu before waiter came over. Ordered the kids pizza. Order just cheese and as you can see it didn't come that way. But I was able to pick them off. Prices for the regular menu are pretty high considering the portions you get for the adult menu. But I only ordered the kids pizza and it wasn't that bad. Was cold. We got the wrong bill at the end of night. Then there was a random robot that stopped next to our table. Lol waitress had to come and still come back to finish the delivery to a table few spots down. The food runner didn't wear deodorant so you could smell his body order pretty strong. The desserts portions are way too big! They have an app now so it's easy to reload your card and just tap the machine with the back of your phone. Over all we will always pick here then having to drive all the way to Philly. I went there with some friends, I ordered chicken fingers and fries, these are the absolute worst chicken fingers I ever had. McDonald's chicken nuggets are better than these. They were hard and looked like they were old. I don't like sending food back to the kitchens , but after talking with people over the years that have worked in kitchens, they told me they have seen bad things come out after people send there food back. One very big problem that ruined my experience... a lengthy blonde hair was in my food and I didn't know it was in there until it was already in my mouth. I pulled the piece of hair out and told the waiter who brought us our food. Mind you I'm here with a party of only three, I have black hair, one of us had dark red hair, and the last of us had short black hair. She came back with a manager and he then gave us $20 worth of tokens on our game card and free churros to go, but we still had to pay for the food that had the hair in it at the end! We've been bringing the kids here but yesterday was first time we parents just sat at the bar while the kids played. I'm giving this place five stars because of the one bartender we met there. He was super nice and treated us well even though my husband is an eagles fan and I'm Michigan's and he's... the opposite. But meeting a nice/kind person makes one day after a couple rough weeks. This D&B is also clean and updated... I prefer it over Philly's to be honest. Customer service was a little iffy at times when it comes to the actual main game area in the past (it's not just this location but the app really sucks so just load your power cards at the actual store rather than through the app). Great place to go and have family fun time. Great selection of games for all ages. Plenty of dining space. They have happy hour specials and discounts for military families. All purchases gain points for future visits. Everything was clean and staff was walking around and available if there were any concerns. So glad they brought us a D & B on this side of the bridge!! We arrived around 5:00p on a Sunday and we were seated immediately. Our waiter, Brandon, came over to the table shortly after we were seated and was friendly throughout the entire meal. He took our orders and said they would be out shortly, a kids plain pizza and two orders of the boneless tender with fries... a short while later the food came out from a food runner. The pizza was pepperoni, which even after being removed made my wife nauseous, the pizza was also cold, and the portion size for the chicken was underwhelming given its $12price tag. We then ordered one desert, which was huge. The check came and was for the wrong table at first, if we hadn't paid attention it would have been like $20 over what we actually ordered. Towards the end of our meal a little robot food runner was flying out heading to the table next to us, it got confused (I guess?) and stopped near our table. The guy at the table next to us had to go get someone to make sure it was meant for them, but by then their food had been sitting next to us for like 5 minutes getting cold. After dinner, we headed over to the arcade side, everything seemed clean, same as the restaurant area, and all but one game was in perfect working order... the one game that stopped working the tech, Kevin was very helpful in trying to fix and immediately gave us credits when he couldn't get it going. Decided to take my daughter to D&B's for her birthday on Christmas Eve. I wasn't 100% sure if they would be open but they were. It wasn't crowded. Our appetizer was delicious, my entree was ok, I ordered the Parmesan Chicken: chicken was good,noodles were cold. My husband and kids ordered burgers they all said tasted good. Visited twice while in town and both times our service was friendly and quick. We only had appetizers, but they where enough to make the meal for both of us. The Buffalo chicken wing egg rolls are a cream cheese, Buffalo, cheese, and chicken mixture wrapped in egg roll wontons. They weren't very spicy; had just a hint of sweetness in the wrapper, and paired well with ranch. The chicken nachos where loaded down with cheese, black beans, and jalapeños. They didn't put a lot of chicken on them, and I could have taken or left it. Still they are one of my favorite appetizers. The games are fun, but expensive. I suggest going on Wednesday when they are half price. If you are military, or first responder they are current giving a 20% discount on food; the game cards are also 20% off any other day but Wednesday. read more

The location seemed fairly new. I decided to treat y son to Dave & Busters because we all needed to get out of the house! When we first walked in, the place was barely occupied with people. I had a double stroller and I found it easy to maneuver through the rows of games and people. The reloading card machines/stations are pretty noticeable and easy to use - I reloaded twice while I was there! Since it was during the week, there were plenty of games to choose from and and no wait. After playing games for about an hour, we decided to grab something to eat. There were very few staff working the dining area, so there wasn't anyone to immediately seat us. We walked to a table and waited for a few minutes. When no one came over, I decided to ask the bar maid if we could sit there. She then explained we needed to see the hostess - which was it glaringly visible. I probably would have never went to that area of the establishment for the hostess had she not directed me to. Once we were properly seated, we were greeted by a waitress who took my order and walked me through the touchless menu system with the QR code. I ordered the cauliflower, fries and guacamole. Guacamole was good, but over priced for the serving size. I had to send the first set of fries back because they tasted stale. I could tell they had them sitting under the warming lamp ready to be served. The service was great because the waitress was attentive. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, I'm just not sure if the food is worth the money. read more
