Had a lot of fun here with a group from work. The unlimited play card and wings should also say that you can't use that "unlimited" card on ticket machines. However, the waiter was fantastic and helpful. The wings were tasty, even though they didn't come out of the kitchen very quickly. I'm so glad Dave & Busters has found its way to NWA to give us another option other than Fast Lanes. The only reason I don't give this a 5-star rating is because of the food. The server was great and nice and our table of 9 was seated within 20-25 minutes of arrival. I'll take that any day. But the the food was not good. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger cooked Medium and it just wasn't very good. I've had better burgers. There are a ton of TV's so there'll be plenty of options to watch the game during football season. I won't complain about the size. What did you expect when you saw where it was located? Anyway, the games were fun and there's a good selection of games for people of all ages. I haven't priced it against Fast Lanes yet but it seems to be more expensive. Not sure if that's true or not. Although there were a lot of people in the building, you didn't have to wait much to play the games. My son totally enjoyed it and can't wait to go back. Overall, I'm glad they are here and will definitely be returning for a visit. The food wasn't so bad that I wouldn't give it another shot. So I'll try something else next time. But the only reason you should visit this place is if you have kids age 6-14 who can entertain themselves on the games, and you have already eaten before you go. And only go on Wednesday nights because the games are half price and the drinks are on Happy hour. The cocktails are horrible and watered down. Stick to tap beer. And don't order the food--its all pretty yucky. I went with a work group. It was crowded, loud, and pretty hectic. We had to use our phones to scan the table to order our own food. There was a shadow and we used 4 phones before we could order. We ordered drinks, food, and over 300 in game play. We were never "checked on" The kids had an amazing time with the game, play, but everything else was bare minimum or truly nothing at all. I really wish I could give Dave and Busters in Roger's ar a higher rating but I cant. I literally wish I planned my childs brithday at Chucky e Cheese. I think the customer service would have exceeded the experience we received. Completely sad. We arrive and stand in line. When we make it to the hostess podium they tell us 1.5 hours. My husband pointed out there were multiple table empty. The hostess stated that they were not available. This is by far the smallest D and B I've been to, but we'll take what we can get in NWA! If you're thinking of trying this place out, wait a while... or at least skip food/drinks if you are planning on going. Our table ordered food and it look over an hour to get it. The manager came over and apologized, but then more and more kept going wrong. We had some people in our party order more food with the waitress who brought over drinks. After 30 more mins of waiting for the food, we found out the order never got placed. Apparently only the server assigned to your table can place the order and the one server never told the other.... while I can appreciate the ordering policy, if you're not supposed to take an order, then don't and send over the server who can. Sooo that was another 30 mins down the drain. We had some questions about their cocktails and were looking for some recommendations on what to try.... the answer we got was 'oh sorry, I'm not 18 yet so I can't actually recommend anything'. Which again, I can appreciate following policy but if you're able to serve our drinks and are expected to be able to answer questions on the menu, I'd expect you to be able to answer questions about the menu.... So again, if you're going to try this place, give it some time to iron out the kinks or skip the food/drink part and just play the games. read more

Walked in for the $20 unlimited hot wings and game play for 6 people. Informed the wait is 45 minutes, even though there are 15+ tables open. We agree and ask if we can do game play while waiting and are told yes and to see the front desk. We go to the front desk and are then told no. Manager comes and states wings and game cards must come out at the same time. I asked if we needed to wait the 45 minutes before we could play, just to confirm I understood correctly. He said yes, we would need to stand there and wait 45 minutes before we could do anything, games or food. Seems silly to make 6 people wait 45 minutes before spending any money at an establishment. We brought our 10 year old grandson here, mistakenly thinking it was a family place. The people working here are great, food was fine, he loved the games but the videos playing on all the screens in the restaurant part were highly inappropriate. If you're coming here to eat, let me stop you right there. Don't buy the overpriced and undercooked food. Fries came out cold and the burger was cooked but felt like it had sat around before being carried out to the table. They have waitstaff everywhere, but you'd be surprised to get service when you need it. We ordered drinks and they were tasty, we paid happy hour prices. I probably wouldn't pay full price for them. The TVs are big and clear and the games were fun, but it's an adult-sized Chuck E. Cheese with adult-sized ticket prices on items. Not one of their better executions. Lived in DFW for 20+ years (bragging or asking for prayers?), and D&Bs was a regular stop having a growing Boy and buddies. Combination of games and upscale pub chow was an incredible combo. Quality and cleanliness always mad this a fav. Very excited when they planted a NWA flag in Rogers at mall area. Great location if a little smaller than most other locations. It's right next to Malco Theater. First thing we noticed after seated was the menu is very much skinnied down from other locations. Most D&Bs have a large and varied menu that even leans towards higher end entrees. Here is straight bar food and the basics. We ordered chips and couple apps. It's cool to have a more muted menu if you execute those well. Here not so much. Service was spotty with long gaps in seeing our waiter. Not sure if staffing or training issue. There were lots of people waiting yet many tables were not cleaned for long periods of time. When our burger came with no utensils, ketchup, etc it took 15 mins to get wait attention. Good side - great family place. Even though our kid is long grown and resenting is with his therapist - lots of families running around. If nothing else this promotes a great family atmosphere. Maybe I should have expected it. Maybe I should have lowered my hopes just a tad. Could an adult oriented eatery mixed with a youthful arcade have both great food and great activities? I've heard a ton about Dave and Busters. Let's get the gaming out of the way first. It's fun! A coworker said it's way smaller than most Dave and Busters but I personally don't have anything to compare it to. A lot of fun games to compete with your friends on and keep your interest: the three stars are mainly for the games. As for the food...well I'm not gonna be filing any lawsuits like the previous review mentioned but you easily drive to Fayetteville and back with time to spare by the time your food shows up. The length of time it takes to get your order is insane. I ordered the philly steak burger. It came out pretty lukewarm. It was good though so I can't knock it too much. I noticed a coworkers Mac and Cheese look like it had been sitting out while the burgers were cooking. I can't speak for anyone else in our party but I wasn't completely sold on the food. Service was slow and frazzled, not attentive at all. If you're a sports fan they have a ton of TVs up so you're likely going to find a game of your liking on the screen. Great ambience. Great games. After having two drinks, me and my buddy went to play some halo cause I've never been to Dave & Buster's. I thought it was pretty cool when I walked in. A kid came by and knocked my drink off the game and the glass broke everywhere so the bartender cut us off because of it, I mean if you really think about it who the fuck creates a business where you get your parents drunk while the kids play video games so they can drive home drunk with their kids in the back of the car. I would never go back to the business. I didn't do nothing wrong, but mind my business had two drinks and played two games, fishing game and halo and since the kid knocked my glass off which they got cameras everywhere they can go back and review it, and it broke and shattered everywhere, they stopped serving us. I recommend not going to this place unless you want to take your children to have fun but then you're gonna be in the middle of a bar. I see why they got two point reviews read more

Dave and Busters...lots of potential but need better help and a better plan. Maybe it is the low unemployment rate and this is the best we can expect? Arrived 25 min before start of a college game. Took seat at the bar and after being ignored by 5 different people...forced someone to interact. Keep in mind, this was before 6:00 so the hordes hadn't arrived yet. First request...change TV in front of us to ESPN. Lots and lots of TV's in this place and not one on ESPN during college basketball season. Finally had to request again and missed first 5 min of Game. Decided to order the 50 oz beer for 2. Comes in a very tall container with a tap to dispense. Did we get 50 oz? Well the beer line was at the 50 oz mark...but prior to filling...they put a cold metal plug in it...which eats up ounces. My estimate is 40 oz is all we got Can you say "class action lawsuit"? Bartender basically admitted they have to do that when you order it...unless you know and tell them not to. Really D&B??? If u pay for a gallon of milk...I guarantee you get a gallon. If you pay for a gallon of gas...I guarantee you get a gallon. Heck...12oz can of Pepsi has 12 oz. There are federal and state agencies that ensure this is the case...what about Dave and Busters? Thought it was going to be one of our better, best, memories as a family-- When we went to redeem our tickets, a manager named Austin, from the Promenade Dave & Buster's, came to the conclusion that we should only get 500 of those 65,000 tickets we waited 45+ minutes for ... lol He offered 500... then 1000... and then 6000 ultimately, after my husband said something about it. But it was like pulling teeth?! Definitely wasn't our fault that your machine was broken? I GENUINELY thought I had an insane stroke of luck. Waited 45 min.... for 65k. MY BABIES WERE SO EXCITED!! This has been a great addition to Pinnacle mall, there is a large selection of video games for all ages, even though it is not the biggest D&B I have been too, the number of games available sets them as one of the largest options in the area. The restaurant/bar area has a lot of screens to watch sports while kids play. We went in the initial days after opening, and we stayed for lunch, and even though the place was packed, our food came out quick, and the waiter was constantly making sure we were all right. Food was great, I really didn't have much expectations on flavor, but it was really good, and we will for sure consider eating again here, and not only playing games. The fact that is next door to the movie theater is a plus, so we can have a great time with the family in one single place. read more

was excited to take my son here Friday after work to reward him after a long week back at school with good behavior, he is 5. I work near here and live 25 minutes away. After driving home to pick him up and driving all the way back in a thunderstorm, we arrived and had to park pretty far away from the door. We ran to the door in the pounding rain to be greeted with a note on the door saying they are closed for a private party. I told my son we were going to hunt dinosaurs, a cool virtual reality that nobody else has, so it wasn't like I could just go down the street to the other arcade. It would make sense to me that Friday and Saturday nights should be great nights for organic business and closing the place for private parties on these nights would be poor business. Don't eat here. That's my only advice. It was my first time here I wanted to drink a little, watch my baseball team play while my 10 year old lost an hour in games. All was successful minus my meal. A simple Cesar salad how can you screw that up? Well put hardly any food in an oversized bowl then charge me for a steak salad that's how. As a child, I remember the excitement I felt when walking into a Chuck E. Cheese. When I walked into this Dave & Buster's, I sort of felt the same increase in heart rate as the lights, noises and food hit my senses like a baseball being clobbered by a baseball bat. This place has so many entertaining options to use points on to ultimately cash in for a pencil eraser and some paper clips. When looking at the beer selection I was in awe. I felt as if I was in the bread isle before a winter storm. Just today I went into this establishment and was greeted by a nice young lady who located my wife and I to a booth for us to have a nice lunch date. She concluded our interaction by letting us know our waiters name and that they will be with us in a minute. After several random conversations, reviewing the menu enough where we could recite each product like we were studying for a test, and a tennis match did we decide it was taking way too long for our waiter to attend to us, and left. I'd say this place is average for the most part when it came to drinks, food and service, but is definitely a fun place to socialize with friends and play some games while drinking a beer. read more
