Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing due to the lack of communication and service. Guests were not properly notified or updated, which created confusion and frustration for everyone involved. We were seated at 7:30 PM and did not receive our food until after 9:00 PM. Several people in our party had to leave before food even arrived because of the excessive wait. She never even asked us if our food was good mind you my steak was very much overdone probably well done when I asked for medium. she also walked past our table a lot passing us to help her other tables which she also seemed to be behind on our drinks were bone dry empty for like 20 minutes and we had to ask the bus boy who got it so quickly. then she proceeds to make a scene with her table behind us calling over like three other workers asking for them to help out because she hasn't even talked to one of our tables and then she was trying to pull over other employees and try and blame them for what she was doing wrong and was just moving very slow all night getting behind, but looking to blame it on other people and making the issues loud in front of customers, which I feel is very unprofessional. read more

Whatever, call me basic. I love Chili's, and more importantly, I love *this* Chili's. I always try to sit in the bar area at this location. Any time I get seated in the main restaurant, service has been hit or miss, but the folks working in the bar area are really fantastic. They've got a ton going on, but they've always made sure my meal came out right and that my drink is full. I can't say enough good things about them, and they're the reason I love this location. As far as food quality goes - it's your standard American chain fare. They do it as well as any Chili's, but Chili's tends to be pretty consistent as a brand. I include parking info in every review because I have major parking anxiety. Here, the lot is really easy to get in and out of and I always have plenty of space to park. I ate at Chili's a few nights ago, they didn't seem that busy the restaurant was only about 3/4 full. My server seemed as if she was in the weeds and she was stressed. The server seem inpatient with my fiancée and I as we looked at the menu. I ordered the sirloin cooked Medium Rare and the steak was cooked to perfection. I had a double order of broccoli and the broccoli was steamed just right. The steak had great flavor and I would recommend the steak to anyone. I had the Caribbean salad with grilled chicken it was so delicious I ate every bit of my plate and left Bliss could be. My sister had the soup and half turkey club which looked amazing by my eyes and she said was absolutely delicious it came with fries and she it everything as well.
