I just waited 14 min to order a beer. The bartender had NO idea which beers were local. I had to tell her. It took exactly 20 mon to close my tab. They have two bartenders on a Saturday when the Place if full and the bar is two deep. One bartender is super slow. And other is slower. This place is mismanaged. The food isn't worth the wait either, if you want to wait an hour to eat bar food that is. You can go to Fast Lanes to get the same games and have much better service. read more

I have been to Dave and Buster's all over the country. This is not the best or biggest one I have been to, but still thought it was great and my family enjoyed it. The food was good, not great, but do you really go to D & B's for the food? Good beverage selection for the adults, and great game selection for the kiddos. It was packed when we went, but we rarely had to wait for a game to play. It took about 25 minutes to get a table to eat, but we just played games while we waited so it was no big deal. One of the best things that I love about all D & B's is the fact that the prizes are awesome and not junk like some similar places in the area. read more

I finally gave in to all the hype about D&B's and I can say I was very let down. Food was barely average, drinks was way over sweet. Kids drinks with lights was horrible. Your buying into gimmicks. Over $100 for food that wasn't even on level of a Chili's or Applebee's. By the time we paid for this over priced food, we didn't stay for the games. 1st time we tried to eat here was at 9pm. The wait was going to be over an hour, so we left. No big deal. We went tonight for the NBA playoffs and they didn't have ESPN playing. We've been to this D&B a few times and finally decided to eat there last night. Some of the employees were rude and some are friendly. The guy who ran the Jurassic Park game was super rude like some apathetic teen who REALLY didn't want to be there. Then when we went to get a table we were seated quickly but then we started chatting and realized we were there for 10 mins with out anyone asking us for drinks. We waited another 10 to give a them a chance. The dinning area was NOT very busy when we were there. So we gave them 5 more mins. Still nothing. So we left. We always have fun playing the games and picking out prizes but we had to waited 30 mins to be served. We will not be attempting to eat there again. read more

We go for happy hour (half price cocktails) and/or when they do half priced games (Wednesdays, and the host said they have started doing it in the mornings for summer). The staff is usually very attentive and kind, and we have found them to be extremely patient when we bring in new people who are trying to understand the game cards (I will say the game purchasing options change too much and can be very confusing at first). We usually really enjoy the food, especially the nachos, and they have a burger with three types of bacon our friend still raves about. We also like the drinks, although this is a place to order a pina colada not a place to order a sidecar (they do frozen drinks really well though and even have alcoholic snocones). It is usually not too busy and we get amazing service. This place also has some of the best people watching in NWA as it tends to attract an international crowd and watching kids when they win the games is especially fun. But we would never go on Saturdays or when they do "all you can eat" anything. We went once when there was some crazy unlimited wing event happening and it was not a good vibe: it was a different crowd and the staff seemed super stressed and we saw two servers crying actual tears. But on a "normal" day it is pleasant and wonderful and one of our favorite places to go. read more

This was a ton of fun for a while but pretty sure that they raised the prices on games so now our night of fun where we'd come 3-4 times a week and spend two or three hours is a short 45 minutes to an hour so we will start going back to Fast Lanes. This had become a staple but unfortunately someone would rather take advantage of the customer so sadly this will be a short lived experience. Came here for my husband's birthday. The host and stuff were nice and the selection of games to play while you wait was wonderful. I was thought it was going to be like Chuck E. Cheese's that just had kids games but it was not they were wonderful the virtual reality is something you should definitely try. The wait for a table was very long but the good thing was we could go and play games and hang out and not hav to stand by the door waiting because I could see my place in line from my phone. And they sent me a text message show me that my table was ready. The food was just okay. The really nice thing was I was able to bring a cake and not have to settle for just one of their desserts. read more

It is not posted any where online on their website or facebook when they will be closed for private events. We love to have a place to come with our 9 and 12 year olds so they can enjoy and so can we! Tonight we walked in and there were so many empty tables but we were told "those tables don't have a server"! Are you kidding me! All the games on tonight and tables that " don't have servers"! Service and management is the best. Manager in a grey shirt was eating in front of all the customers. Non of them were smiling or acting like they were happy to be here. this place is amazing!! i had chandler as my server and he was fantastic. he was able to guide me through the menu very well, and brought everything i needed and attended the needs of my family with a very positive friendly attitude. on top of that the food was delicious and exceeded my expectations of dining. menu had plenty of options from salads to burgers to pastas, some classic creations as well. bartenders are nice and drinks are made quick and they also have a lot of options, too. 10/10 place to go games are very fun read more

We went with a party of four adults and one child on 23 Mar 19. We were told there was a two hr wait for a table. When we got in there were plenty of empty tables. I also noticed numerous empty booths. We were told they were reserved, but there were no reserved signs and we sat at the bar for two hours and no one ever sat there, so go figure. The child and his parents ran off to play and myself and two other adults sat at the bar and ordered simple two ingredient well drinks. There was only one bartender around the pretty large bar and occasionally one coming and going. The first drinks were weak. The second and third were as they should be. The bar needed to be wiped down bad. It was wet and downright sticky in some places. We finally got a table. It was a high top. I hate high tops because I'm short. Guess what? The table was wet, had bits of paper stuck to it and was sticky. So...we ordered food. We ordered various burgers. Two of us ordered the triple bacon burger with fries. It was good, but not hot, just barely warm and the bun was actually cold as though it had just come out of the fridge (??). The fries were okay, just blah, not hot or fresh. We couldn't catch a waitress to bring us a bottle of mustard, so one of us had to go searching and finally found a bottle at one of the many empty tables people were waiting two hours for. At the end of the visit, we had to run down the waitress to get our check, which was only our bar tab. We told her we had ordered food and needed a check for that also. She was the one we had ordered the food from. That took about a half hour, then we saw her again, she still hadn't resolved it. We could have just paid our bar tab and walked out, but we try to do the right thing and people act like we're inconveniencing them. We tip good, too, even though we sat at wet, sticky bars and tables and spent considerable time waiting on a table even while at least half the tables were empty and more time flagging down waitresses and bartenders. So why three stars? The hamburgers were good, although just warm, lettuce and tomato were fresh, fries okay. But the TVs are GREAT! We'll definitely keep Dave & Buster's in mind for those Sundays when the local NWA channels unwisely choose to show Texas football teams instead of the Chiefs. Also, the child had a blast. He doesn't really care where he eats and he loves the games, so that was a WIN! Suggestion: Hire more people! Deal with your table seating situation better. Either stop taking reservations or learn to deal with it better. Train your staff to wipe the tables and check on peoples' needs. I shouldn't have to leave my party to go find you or soak my sleeves in someone else's leftover mess. read more

Tried to visit this newer location for the first time last night. We wanted to get some drinks and catch some of the NCAA games after we already ate dinner elsewhere. We were told it was an hour wait for a table or we could see if there were seats at the bar. After walking around the full bar to see we noticed 30-40% of the tables were empty. I understand how restaurants sit people and space it out timing wise. This was ridiculous though. We settled for the bar once seats opened up. I noticed that almost half the bar was kids and even babies. It was crazy. We waited 10 mins and after no one asked us about drinks we just left. Never going back to watch games. If my kids want to play video games we will just go to Fastlanes. read more

It's like a Chuck E. Cheese for grownups! This is definitely one of those places you hang out with your friends every once in awhile, but not your weekly date night location. As to be expected with any place, some of the staff is a little uneasy and unfamiliar with the menu and billing. The manager makes up for that, though. He's attentive and thorough. There are tons of cool games that require a lot of coins/tokens/points/whichever word you'd like to use. The D and B website shows a ton of menu items that are not actually on the menu here; maybe that will change with time. The food and drinks are good, slightly above average bar food with some creativity added. After food, drinks, game play, and tip, we spent the same amount here as we usually do at places like The Melting Pot, though we're typically sweating for a different reason at that place. Overall, you should check out D and B at least once. We'll give it another shot once some of the newness wears off! read more

Went to Dave & Buster's for the first time ever with minimal expectations based on reviews on Yelp. I was super impressed by the food and selection. It's bar food! Not a 5 star restaurant people..and it's good bar food. Atmosphere was clean and fun for family and friends. The place was loud but as expected in this kind of environment. Kids were happy and preferred it over Chuckie Cheese. I was impressed by the game selection, atmosphere to watch a good game, and cleanliness (bathrooms were clean!). So glad Northwest AR has this type of option for entertainment. It was fun and I will be back. Also wanted to comment that drinks weren't watered down. Everyone at our table enjoyed their drinks. Overall, go there and check it out with family or friends in town. It's fun and interactive. Not much other options in NWA other than bowling. read more

First time at this Dave and Busters, if you have never been has the feeling of a casino. This one is very small but I like it that way. We used to go to Nashville which had a bowling alley. We were both hungry and forgot to take pictures I had the cheeseburger sliders and requested tots versus fries they said no problem. Wife had the Ultimate Mac and cheese she liked it and both of us had some food to take home. We had drinks too the pour was good and caught it at Happy hour which starts at 4:00pm. This site has a slightly smaller menu than what I am used to but pretty good for basic bar and grill type items. I am surprised to say ages vary from kids to grand parents. Restaurant was surprisingly full when we left at 4:45 just a little less than 3/4 full. That is pretty good for this time on Friday. Last item yes we will come back looks like a great place to come for sporting events enough space between tables to enjoy yourself. read more

Sub par food, sub par games. It took over an hour and a half to get our food after ordering, and even then it was a 5/10 at best. When paying it took over 30 mins just to get the checks back to sign for them. They were not even that busy at the time. At best 2/3rds full. As for the games a good 40% are boring mostly games of chance or really percise timing to just win tickets. The rest are typically arcade fair with the stand out for me being a Mario kart racing game. There is some fun to be had if you know what your getting into. If you do go don't get any food, and buy the minimum amount of chips. There's not a lot worth spending them on. read more

Terrible!!!! This place wouldn't know good service if it slapped them in the face. This is the 3rd time we have been and now their competitor will have ALL OF OUR BUSINESS!! There servers are more worried about socializing with each other than taking care of the customer. Three friends and I went for lunch, drinks and games. Two of my friends used credit cards to pay for their meal. One of my friends checked her credit card the next day, she had been charged for her meal 3 times and our friends meal. My advice don't use a credit card. If you do be careful. Ordered the salmon and found out 5 minutes before my party's meal was brought out that the salmon was way too frozen to be cooked. That was mistake number one. The waiter never came back to check on our drinks and went empty as meal was finished. Some fries were barely cooked with our burgers and others were extra crispy. Very few people at bar still took 25 mins to get a drink after she walked past us several times. Her name was AJ, TJ or something. Then took another 10 mins to order an appetizer. Never heard from bartender again. Kitchen brought out appetizer. No plates, silverware or napkins. Finally after siting our empty drinks on very edge of bar the bar back came and ask us if we needed anything. She got us plates and another drink. No napkins saying they don't have them. Bartender never helped us again then disappeared. Sad we would have ordered more drinks and a meal if we could have gotten someone to wait on us. Gaming area fun but bar area big disappointment. Typically I have decent time at this establishment. Thursday March 21, 2019 was not one of those times. I was celebrating my engagement and invited friends who had never been to this location before. Table 8 and yes it was more people than usual for a Thursday night. So where do I start... Let's start with dirty beer glasses and broken glass in the top glass which ended up cutting a friend. Ok we can live with that even though that should never happen. I don't understand why we had to explain the situation to every manger that came over. I feel like this should have been something communicated as to say hey our negligence just made a customer get cut and thank God she got cut before she drank cause she could have caused much more damage. Still another friend didn't receive his drink for an hour!! Yes an hour. I ordered a side of friends with the manager who I guess was supposed to be touching up tables but clearly just wanted to be seen and not really trying to resolve issues. Never received. We couldn't order more beer cause our waitress was no where in sight. No fault of her her own I'm sure. So I decided to write guest relations and what I received from them was less than stellar. Not even a apology on behalf or nothing. Not even a give us another shot to make it right. It was a generic statement that didn't show that they truly understood my concerns.
