The steak, despite being ordered medium rare, came out drier than we would have liked and lacked much distinctive flavor. It wasn't terrible, but it definitely wasn't memorable either. The jambalaya was probably the biggest disappointment of the evening. It was overwhelmingly salty to the point where it became difficult to really enjoy the dish underneath the seasoning. The buffalo wings were acceptable enough, but again, they also leaned dry. Service was understandably stretched because of how busy the restaurant was, though the staff themselves seemed to be working hard under the pressure. Overall, this simply wasn't quite our cup of tea in terms of either the food or the atmosphere.
