This event took place at the same time at exhibit hall 8. For their first year running, it was very impressive that they took over the entire hall and that they had a pretty good crowd going around. To be honest, I am extremely far removed from this kind of culture, but it was still neat to look around. There's lots of, of course sneakers and shoes, of which I assume are high quality and highly sought after and lots of trendy street fashion style clothes. Lots of vintage and anime collaboration clothing which was really neat. Loved how the vendors would decorate their booths as well. There were some cars at this hall, a place to shoot some hoops, and a trading area for shoes too? Perfect if you're a sneaker collector. I didn't think I'd get anything for free here, but I got a free lighter. Nice, thank you ! I planned to donate a toy regardless of getting the size because its something I do every year, so getting a raffle ticket was something for the guy in my class. Today I didn't care about some Jordan's, I cared about clearing my name. But for someone to take the time to pretend that I won a raffle to get me in your store in front of your customers to try to humiliate me was very vindictive and unnecessary. If you knew my character,which you clearly don't, you'd know I could care less about Jordan's. I only get the colors that I think are nice and I don't even collect them like that. I don't own a pair of 13's and I don't shop at Shoe Palace. My life isnt consumed with sneakers. I sat and waited patiently and you had several others that you asked to step aside and I overheard them talking about how pissed they were, even before we got in. I told the guy behind me to be patient because you were doing the best you could. That's my character. As i sat there i began to get anxious because i saw an old coworker and had to get out of the area because i couldnt breathe. Once I left I told myself I didn't need those shoes, and began to think they looked like elephants feet, and went on with my day. If I got the RSVP then why would I go through the trouble of sending my cousin to pick up the shoes for me? Why would I even show my face in your store after "writing" such a horrible review? Thats a bold move for anyone. I feel that you singled me out because I'm the only one you decided to remember telling to step aside. You "cutting" me off from your store doesn't hurt me because I won't be able to purchase things from you. It hurts because it was the one safe place in Claremont I could still go to. We walk a lot at Disneyland, so we need a good pair of shoes that will give us the support and cushion for our feet. We drove up to get our feet evaluated on their machine at the store. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Finn helped us today and was amazing! He was so patient with us and is so knowledgeable. The evaluation for both our feet were shocking and interesting. They do email you the full report, so you can have it for your record. I love that they are not pushy or rushing you to make a decision. They also do price match if it's the same shoe. Unfortunately, they didn't have the shoe size and color on the shoes we wanted. But we did end up getting a pair of insoles that Finn told us about. Hopefully, this will give us more cushion and stability with the shoes we have now. We highly recommend going to this store and seeing Finn if you are needing to find a good pair of running or walking shoes. We will definitely be coming back here again.

I stopped to see what kind of shoe insoles they had to offer since I am dealing with foot and back pain. I was instantly greeted by a young man named Finn. I received excellent customer service and I was really impressed with his product knowledge. I walked out with a pair of inserts for myself and picked up a pair for my husband. I will definitely be back to purchase more inserts if these work out for my everyday shoes and I will definitely look for Finn to help me out! Don't underestimate his youthfulness. We went in and it was 2 workers, the younger person came and helped us with so much effort! It's like her very mission was to find the right shoes for my kids with a huge concern of making sure they got comfortably for them which I truly appreciated. It was no bother at all to get different sizes and brands and that made me feel at ease. We bought 3 pairs of shoes with ease within 20 minutes, no stress or haggling and much needed help!
