Macksoods finally sent a repairman to fix it after three weeks. About a month later it started leaking again. They decided to warranty it so we didn't have a hot tub for over a month while that happened. About 4 months after we got the new tub the LED lights stopped changing colors. I called them and they sent someone out to change the control board. That didn't fix the problem so they decided not to deal with it. About a year after the lights stopped working the hot tub started leaking again. They picked it up for repair and when picking it up dropped it and managed to break my kids trampoline enclosure. When they brought it back the leak was fixed, but the lights had not been touched. They said that they would fix the trampoline enclosure 9months ago and still haven't done that so we have a useless trampoline sitting in our back yard that they never fixed. I called about the lights and they finally came out to fix them. They left a foam mess all around the hot tub. Definitely do not recommend!
