I expressed to him that we had an agent who was poor at communication and what mattered to me was simply having a responsive agent who would reply to emails as needed. Also, I wanted an agent for the long term, not one who might suddenly push us off on a complete stranger of an agent. He assured me that he would be the kind of reliable agent we were looking for It took only six months, in July 2025, for Robert to prove that he was untrustworthy. I had emailed him to ask about a quote for another vehicle, he replied and said he needed more information to provide the quote. After I provided him with the information, I didn't hear back from him for days. Instead, I received an email from a complete stranger of an agent saying Robert had given our account to him. As it turned out, that agent had terrible ratings here on Yelp and of course was far from satisfactory as a new agent. I emailed Robert again about doing to me exactly what he promised he would not do, shoving us off on some other agent we didn't know, a poorly rated agent to boot, and Robert never replied to either of those emails, totally ghosted me like the unprofessional, unprincipled agent he apparently is. I can't explain why he has so many positive reviews but I can advise others out of personal experience, if you're looking for an ethical and honest agent who will treat you as if you matter to them as a client, you should definitely find someone other than Robert Meneshian.
