For as small as it is I was very surprised at the selection of items they had. The store is super organized & very well set up. One of the guys (can't remember his name but he does have a bad shoulder lol) got them down for me and we test fit them on my car. I was so thankful they let me test fit them on my car and I went with the XL Low option. He tightened it down on my roof and it looks super sick! It's the little things like that I value so much in a company. Will for sure be recommending my friends and family if they're looking for anything truck related or just want a cargo roof box like myself! The NAPA store located at Coeur d' Alene Idaho Napa saved our butts! We lost the left front wheel…read morebearing on my friends truck at mile marker 18. We had both vehicles towed to the nearest NAPA store and slept in their parking lot until morning. Before NAPA opened, the store manager greeted us and provided us with an area where we could work on the vehicle. Once the store opened, we met Randy who quickly found us the part we needed to repair the vehicle. The store loaned us the tools we didn't have and frequently check on our progress.
