He did a beautiful job and even cleaned my vehicle windows inside and out. We opted to have the technician come to us as we were getting ready for a big road trip and had a lateral crack right at the driver's eyeline (of course). Too big to repair, we looked into replacement and having Safelite do it was about half of what our auto insurance was set to charge per our deductible. I spoke to Ben who recommended we get a "leak check" as it would be less expensive than having to pull the whole window out (risking breakage) to reseal it properly and could many times be easily fixed. Out of the 4 car window repair shops we called, they were the only ones to recommend this less expensive option. In the end it was a super easy fix and they saved us about $250. Trust and integrity is huge when dealing with service companies. We can't recommend them enough and will be back for all our auto window needs.

When the job was finally done the morons blew little shards of glass EVERYWHERE rather than vacuuming them up. We had to have someone come out 2 times try to clean up the mess they made. Also dinged up the trim during the installation process and put a hole in our tenants yard swing. We were actually shocked they called to get final payment before any of this was taken care of. I chose GERBER COLLISION & GLASS being the closest to my home. From the office staff to the other shop individuals they were all top notch. They even contacted the rental car company, coordinated everything and offered t take me to pick up the car. I was kept "in the loop" for the entire week and a half that they had my vehicle. Text messages were consistently updating me as well as phone calls. And they're all (Amy, Sarah, etc) very courteous and friendly. When I picked up my vehicle, it was cleaned & washed and they provided a "guideline" for car telling me to please let them know if there was anything I noticed. It was necessary that they order a tire and they'll notify me when it arrives. I had taken my plate off, while it was in their shop, and they put them back on for me! I highly recommend GERBER and I'm thankful my insurance company, Safeco, had them on their recommended shop list!
