Valley Auto also lost the original title to My 2022 Luxury Hybrid Sports Car when appraising it, and so now I have to pay to order a new one at the driver's licensing branch. I ended up finding another 2006 Honda Element EX-P near Seattle with literally 1/2 the miles, and after Valley Auto released My Deposit, they jacked the price of this *ALREADY* jacked up car, jacked it up even higher to $8500 - Unbelieveable - Highway Theft / Robbery! I literally purchased a vehicle near Seattle with HALF the mileage for $9993! Valley Auto's 2006 Element has 256,000 miles............ and Valley Auto is charging customer's an outrageous $8500?! (Note: This does NOT even include Dealership Fees, Titling, Registration, and Washington's 9% tax rate!) -- NO THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I have to pay to have a replacement title issued on My Car I almost sold them until they literally lost My Title (It's going to take WEEKS to get a replacement issued, and now I can't sell My Car for the rest of the summer, missing out on any summer buyers) Photo: Outrageously OVERPRICED on a 2006 with 256,000 miles

While helping a 60yr old lady friend of my girlfriend who doesn't know much about engines we looked…read moreat a couple of trucks here. She needs a reliable tow vehicle for her horse trailers. They tried to sell her a blown out 2012 Ford F350 6.7 diesel that had a destroyed turbo. Claimed it had 120k miles. Scratches and rust all over. Said it's a local Spokane truck. Research on the VIN showed it was owned by a large Montana cattle ranch and sold through a Dealer Auto Auction, this is how reputable dealers sell their junk trade ins they can't sell on their lot and still keep a good reputation. They do this to keep large repeat customers coming back by accepting their worn out trade in. The fenders had the paint blasted off from all the gravel and rock driving. It was making 11psi of boost max (instead of 32+) and blowing blue smoke. The shocks, steering and suspension are destroyed, pulls all over the freeway. The front springs were so worn out it was sitting 1/4" above the axle bump stops (mechanics will understand this). This thing was hammered if it truly has 120k. They tried to convince us this all was normal and it's a "really great truck". They really fed her a line of BS. Also, the whole front end grill, radiator, crossmember had been replaced and had spray painted fenders. The bottom of the engine was loaded with grease and leaking on the ground. At a traffic light the smoke engulfed the whole intersection at one point. The truck has half the power it should. Turbos for these are in the $7700 range. Check engine light popped on during the drive. It also had a trailer brake module error so the trailer brakes aren't even working on this tow vehicle. I'm so glad I went with her so this scammership couldn't take advantage of our retiring friend. Shame on them. If someone wants to invest $10-15k in this truck it could be a good ride. Not a good deal for $22,000 sale price before any fees or taxes.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a dealership. The "manager" Wade is a slime ball…read more Bought a car for my wife, the clutch was bad and something going on in the rear. At the time of purchase I expressed we would only buy this if these things were fixed, at the time this was agreed upon. . After giving us the run around for 5 months full of excuses. "Trouble finding the parts", then all the repair places he works with are weeks behind, to now I didn't agree to pay for any repairs and the repair places he sent me to told him the clutch was fine. Driven the car only 6k miles and the clutch is gone. These guys always push an extended warranty and tell you "everything's covered" completely lying to your face as most things aren't covered like wear parts which I knew about hence why I agreed to buy the car with those 2 things getting fixed by them. Even if you have proof good luck getting them to do anything for you.

Someone had put mismatched tires on the AWD drive car and it killed it. New deal had it 'fixed' and helped me get a 'good deal' on new tires. The sales person swore up and down it must have been the previous owners...except the people who put on the new tires thought it was odd they were putting another set on 'so soon' for the same dealership. Within 4 months, it was back in shop for more problems. The next week, new tires. About 2 months later, back in the shop, and again the tires were shredded. More new tires. Shop visit after shop visit and finally after 2 years, the car is completely worthless. Headed back to the shop, looking at another $1000+ to make it safe to drive. Don't get me wrong, I love walking to work, but not in the middle of winter while my $10k car is broken down and I still pay the payment every month. They said their mechanic checked it out before I bought it and gave me a 'report'. Their mechanic seemed to miss the thousands of dollars in problems I've had to fix since driving off their lot. I DO NOT recommend doing business here.

Brian is a loudmouthed bottom feeder, who sells overpriced junk vehicles & he cheated me out of fees, which were never disclosed beforehand & basically swindled me out of my $750 trade-in for free. He also stole my license plates, which were purchased 2 months prior. I would never do business there, ever again. DON'T TRUST NATIONAL MOTORS!! Response to owner: You're very deceitful. See attachments so people can know what a dishonest businessman you are. 3 days later? You had the check in your possession since the 8th, date of sale, on top of the $9,467.00 & still hadn't cashed it by the 27th, Liar. I came in 8 days later, to give you a cashier's check of the $1,000.00 & get my personal check back in return. And you still behaved unprofessionally. Stop Lying, Crook!! Do you care to address the theft of my plates & the unnecessary/unlawful fees you failed to disclose, prior to the sale, which basically gave you my trade-in for free? Or that no maintenance was done, by you & the Carfax is inaccurate?
