I bought a Kia Sportage a couple of years ago from DW. It had coolant issues pretty early on. It was frustrating for me AND the mechanics because they couldn't figure out what the problem was. It took a month or two because it was trial and error. They finally sent it out to a Kia expert who diagnosed it and got me a new radiator. I had a flat and they came and they came to the mall put my spare on and gave me a loaner car to get my kids from school and charged me nothing to do that. I bought a replacement tire and they had the car delivered to me at home by 5. They wash my car when I get oil changes and in the two years I've owned it they have done all warranty work with no problems. read more
