They did not provide a quote over the phone. A man arrived (an independent contractor) and took apart my lock. He was courteous and professional, however, he charged me $467 for 20 minutes of labor and no hardware. This itself merits 3/5 stars. But it gets much worse... The next morning I arrive at my store to open and the keys don't work. I called Fast LS demanding someone get ahold of me and fix the problem. They promise to call me back. Hours go by and no one calls. Meanwhile, I call another locksmith--All Star Lock and Key--and they arrive within 45 minutes ON A SUNDAY. All Star fixed Fast LS' mistakes (of which there were many) and rekeyed my space for $120 (nearly 1/4 of Fast LS price). Additionally All Star is coming back tomorrow to install locks that are more secure. Such a breath of fresh air. Thanks!

Got the key removed easily.. said it was cracked plus the lock itself was in dire need of lubricant. Did that and we now have a working lock again! Service wasn't cheap, but it was done quickly and well, and that's what counts. Not knowing what was happening, I called the Folks at Signal Services to ask if they could help. I spoke with their main operational head who explained that my fire alarms were old (beyond their 10 year life) and needed replacement. Rather than pitch their services, he explained that this was something I could probably handle myself, where to go and the appropriate next steps. Within a few days I had replaced all of our smoke detectors with the latest edition - problem solved. SO WHY am I writing this review. Because the guys at Signal Services didn't have to walk me through what was happening and how to fix it. They didn't get paid, had plenty of other things to be doing that day, but took the time to help me out for free. With that, they earned a 5 star review and my pledge to use them again in the future if I ever need services that they offer. Finally used the grocery pickup option as we're shielding so we can see an Immunocompromised friend, and I'll never use another. Not only is the quality of the produce better, but our shopper made sure that we received a much-needed substitution treat when our original choice was out.
