First, he did trouble shooting on internal phone wiring problem (static, dropped calls) that Comcast refused to deal with. He checked all the wiring and devices and found the problem (bad wires) and fixed it. Has been working great since then. Given how well he did with the wiring issue, I asked Jhonata to tackle problems I was having with home WiFi. Some computers and printers/scanners were not being "recognized" on WiFi or were inconsistent. This was driving me nuts and made the WiFi next to useless for file sharing and printing. Jhonata did a deep dive on my systems and connections, even taking one computer to the B11 lab for analysis, scrubbing, and reinstallation of files and apps. He did not quit until he had diagnosed and resolved all the problems. He ended up installing a new mesh router and some new high-speed cables, and removing Norton 360, which was the source of many of the blocking issues. The computers, printers/scanners, and WiFi are working great, now. And the speed of the system is amazing. I cannot recommend B11 Tech Solutions enough. Jhonata is deeply knowledgeable about technology and just loves it. He pursues a problem until he finds a solution, no matter how complex. I've recommended them to five of my clients that I set up, review, and train in QuickBooks and Quicken and several of my friends. The first was for help with setting up a wireless network for my laptop PC and devices to access. Bruce Miller, the owner showed me how to make sure that mine wasn't competing with the signal strength with other nearby networks. Which happened to be the case. What I learned from that experience I was able to use to set up my parents network. The second was when I mentioned to him a few months later how tired I was of seeing ads pushed to me on my computer. He showed me how to download and install a host file and reduced my annoying banner ads by 95%. The interesting thing was that my computer is now operating faster because it doesn't have all that ad cluttered bandwidth to process. I was also able to test this when I went to my parents in France and used their ancient Wireless G Apple network without the ads. A third time was when I was wanted to set up dedicated phone lines for my QuickBooks and Quicken set up, review, training, and troubleshooting business in Seattle. He told me about an affordable device on Amazon that uses the Internet, helped me buy it, sign up for a very inexpensive monthly charge ($1.49 a month and 2 cents? a minute, much less than having Century Link or Comcast), and configure the lines. Now when line 1 rings, I know it is from my Craig's List ads and for line 2, I know the call is from someone who saw my profile on Yelp (rhymes with whelp). Using these lines has improved my marketing. So when I have questions about upgrading my computers, networks, what to buy, and what to avoid, he is my reliable go to guy.

They said it was a motherboard issue and that a hairline crack was found. Our options would be to pay $250 for a new motherboard or $115 to have the hard drive backed up onto a thumb drive. My reply... No way! I took it apart myself and found 4 ribbons disconnected. When they reassembled the laptop, these were left off. I know this because I had opened it myself before taking it to the "professionals" for a diagnosis. I pulled everything apart and reassembled it, connected the battery and voila, it works. In fact, this review is being typed on the same machine that just a few hours ago needed a new motherboard. I inspected the motherboard on both sides looking for this "hairline" fracture, but found nothing. My opinion is that they either know nothing or tried to deceive us. I'll never trust them for technical help. They have lost any possibility of future business and I'll be sure to steer others away.

Nick told me it would cost $75 for a virus wipe. he said "ill give you a call tomorrow and let you know what's going on with it but we should have it back to you within 2 days." Day 2: 5:30 came and I hadn't heard yet so I decided to give them a call to see what they have found out. No answer on either line so left a voicemail. Day 3: call and leave yet another voicemail at 10:30am. and call again at 5:00pm but don't leave a voicemail this time. Day 4: call yet again and no answer, I call a friend of mine and she was driving by the shop anyways so when she saw the open sign was on she stopped in for me. Nicks mom was at the counter and I was told she went to the back and was not able to locate the computer because there where "so many back there" but she would leave a message for Nick. Day 5: I receive a call from this same woman in the evening and she tells me the computer has been located and I would receive a call to pick it up tomorrow. GREAT! Day 6: I receive a text from Nick saying that they are working on the computer now but if its not done by 6 tonight that it could be picked up tomorrow AFTERNOON. He also asked if I wanted the windows updated which comes free with the $85 virus removal....WAIT A MINUTE we are well past the 2 days originally told and you are now $10 over what was originally quoted?!? I was not a happy girl so I called him on the phone directly to clear up the confusion. He told me "fine ill do the $75 PLUS tax!"...okay no problem...Also I asked why I haven't received any calls back and now it may be another day or two before it was finished and he instantly got furious with me and said "DO YOU WANT US TO FIX UR COMPUTER OR NOT! OTHERWISE COME PICK IT UP" every time I tried to speak he would cut me off and ask the same question. I eventually told him i would come pick it up today. Sure enough the computer was never once turned on or worked on and he was unwilling to tell me what all the misleading info was about. He seemed stressed and in my opinion does not seem like the kind of person that can deal with stress or ANY kind of pressure. Sure he may have been busy....but if you give a customer a deadline and you are unable to stick to that give them a call or better yet answer there voicemail messages. i called Tech Mob in Snohomish and sure they are more expensive but where so kind and understanding of my now emergent need of having a working desktop. i drop it off in the morning and they promised to CALL if any plans change and a day to pick it up. Now why couldn't i have the same respect of communication? i understand things can get busy but i would have appreciated the update, not feeling ignored, and feel my computer is lost in the back somewhere. This shop owner has terrible customer service skills in my opinion and yelling at ur customers over the phone is not gonna get you referrals.
