Dave's Allcar did a front brake job on my 2000 BMW Z3 roadster on May 11, 2023. They replaced the rotors and brake pads and gave the car a road test. They were able to replace the part and get her back on the road in the same day. What happened to Dave's All Car? In years past Senior and Junior provided the county's best auto service, but then post Devo Senior spun his motor and Junior's transmission began slipping. Why? Hypothesis from a time lapse perspective: Their folk ways got in the way of professionalism. Both Senior and Junior, after building a few hot rods, became sufficiently insolent to revert back to some deeply rooted dysfunctional behavior patterns. The transition began with the arrival of a new associate, a Mozingo no less, and became a classic case of the lower companion setting a new standard. Now with Senior leaving Junior to take the reigns the current lack of professionalism can only be expected to deepen. Junior even confirmed their inability to calibrate their alignment rack leading to questionable diagnostics and service from insufficient capital investment as well as their increasingly bad attitudes. Today, arrogance has supplanted focus on business and Dave's All Car has become a hobby shop more akin to a club house for skid marks. Question: Which Dave's All Car Associate has the most demonstrative bad attitude, an increasing inability to take responsibility? a. Senior. b. Junior. c. The Mozingo. d. To be determined. Correct Answer One might have expected that the Dave's All Car theme song was Route 66, again, post Devo it became: If It wasn't for Low Class We Wouldn't Have No Class At All. In the end, the Mummert's path proves the adage: Birds of a feather do flock together. Begs The Question: What's a Mummert worth after he's let a Mozingo do his thinking for him? Not much to begin with, but clearly this is a decreasing function over time. My privilege to speak on this topic was bestowed in one receipt increments which compels me to write this honest and objective evaluation from a time series perspective. And so I shall serve those motorists desiring to avoid, still, another encounter with a surly auto mechanic. I can't thank Dave Sr. And David Jr. enough for fixing my car. I blew my engine in the pass by Twainhart but was able to make it to their shop. It was completed on time and runs great, kinda like new. Super nice people and a job very well done! Also thanks to one of their customers that gave me a ride all the way to Hertz and waited until it was confirmed a car would be ready for me that day. I don't understand some of the bad reviews for Dave's Allcar Auto unless they are mistaking him for another auto service with a similar name at a different location. I have had positive and professional service with honesty and integrity. I had another company replace some heater hoses and they said they "pressure" tested the job but by the time I was home the coolant light came on and they had broken the plastic manifold heater hose. When I brought it back they wanted $800 to replace the intake manifold hose that they broke!! So I took it into Dave's Allcar and he found a repair part to fix the common broken manifold heater hose and repaired it and changed the belt for about 1/4 of the price that I was quoted from the mechanic that broke it in the first place!! He also tested it and it didn't leak to this day. He does only what is necessary and is reasonably priced. Good prices and honest friendly service. He will tell me if something will need to be done later and will work for a while before it becomes an issue. He is my new "Go To" mechanic as long as I am driving these machines that need maintenance to keep them on the road...... read more

I will never do business with this company again. Long story short, I brought my car in for one issue, they said they could fix it with a $600 part. After paying and taking the car home, the issue was not fixed and I will be taking the car to a different mechanic to see if the part was even put in. read more
