Great oil change service. Chris was incredibly kind and looked at my car when it had a burning smell. Very quick and would highly recommend.

This review is about the car wash, I ran my Jeep thru and paid for the bug package. When it was all done my wind shield was still dirty and the lower fender in front was still dirty and the machine skipped the spotless rinse and the arm that goes around the vehicle sounded like it was going to fall off. I mentioned it to my mom because she uses this car wash also and she said the same. I've noticed there are not long lines anymore to use this car wash. I will be going else where. read more

When I'm doubt, Brendan helps out. I am 300 miles away from home and spotted a leak due to running over a fallen rock in the mountains. When arriving to Sonora Express Lube. I had 2 gentleman come look at my damages without hesitation and provided me with quality care. I was unable to fix my problem here due to my transmission oil leaking and a broken gasket. My husband and I have had our oil changed for several vehicles at this location for many years. Never again. Today two employees made us wait for nearly hour, were hostile in their communication with us, and tried to start an altercation with my husband, all while our young child watched. The employees need to learn how to act professional or new employees need to be brought in. read more

They do their best to answer any questions I may have, they make sure to inform me of anything I may want or need to have checked out at another business (e.g. nail in tire) or be aware of. This place change the oil in my car, then somehow cross threaded the oil plug . all the oil leaked out of my car my car, I didn't realize it until it started to overheat. I ended up having to take it to another shop Paying hundreds of dollars so they can fix the damage they cause. I repeatedly called them left messages for the manager at both locations, and Never received a call back. I was never able to get them to even give me a refund for the oil that I paid for and leaked out of my car within a week of them changing it. not that they would admit that they did anything wrong anyways, why would any of these places do that. They hire children that know absolutely nothing about cars send them to a one week class about oil and then when they damage customer vehicles, they blame the customer for going there. Like it's our fault that they damaged our car, if we didn't wanna car damage we should've gone somewhere else that's their motto!! read more

I usually do my own oil changes. I've previously have had bad luck at other types of places like this. I bring my own oil filter. That way I can know what's on there and make sure it's something that's high quality. They don't have a problem with me bringing my own so that's cool. They are way more thorough and less rushed than Walmart. I know Walmart is cheaper but I think this is kind of an important thing . The guy that did my servicing was very thorough and checked everything multiple times. read more

Yesterday my car battery died across the street at the AMPM and when the clerk from AMPM called over to the workers at Sonora Express Lube and asked if someone could drive over and jumpstart a vehicle one of the employees came straight over and got my battery jumped in no time. Called before I went to get my first oil change on a new truck. They quoted me the lowest price of all the places I called. They were fast, you just sit in your vehicle while they work, took 10 minutes. Great service. My only gripe is that I usually run Castrol Syntec is my vehicles and they only use Penzoil here. I recommend though if that is not a big deal for you. read more

Awesome! In and out on about 5 minutes! You sit in your car while they do the work, and as they check things, they keep you in the loop. For example, our air filter needed to be changed, and he showed us what it looked like so we could make the call. Trustworthy and reasonable priced! read more

After the 3 times I've been here for an oil change I've just decided to do it myself. Always have to crawl under the truck and tighten the drain plug because they don't tighten it enough and oil leaks on the driveway. I ask for a high mileage filter and they don't put one on. Instead of having high mileage oil they give you whatever oil and put an additive in. Save yourself a few bucks and change your oil yourself. read more

Extremely disappointed. Went to wash my car, paid the full price for the full wash and none of the products came out. Waste of $12.00. Then when I try to call the number to let them no there seems to be a problem, it says the number is no longer in service. read more

Pretty quick oil change. It is like waiting time only less than 10 minutes. They worked on your car less than 10 minutes. You wait inside your car. Pay and done. read more

I had my oil changed here a few times, very efficient, except the last visit, my shield ( guard ) was taken off and not replaced, the manager, Trevor, said he'd order a new one, well 2 and 1/2 years later, still waiting.. excusr after excusr, then no return calls, Ive been beyond patient, and was recently told the " skid guard" isnt that important ".. well guess what?? It came with my car, you screwed up, and no one will let me talk to someone higher up.. this is how you do business???.. I've lived here 32 years, how disrespectful is that.. shame on you sonora express!! read more

Waited over 40 minutes in line, the truck in front of me was too long and the swing bar hung up on the back end. The wash finished his, then shut down to "apparently" reset itself, the machine gives me a credit instead of a wash, you think it could allow me a repurchase, forty five minutes of my time and gas wasted..... the attendant at the oil change offers to have me go through again, like I have another forty five minutes to wait in line again.... third time at this wash where their system has messed up, think I am done..... read more

I am pretty picky about where I take my car. Dad taught me a few things about cars, and one is to make sure I don't let mechanics take advantage of me. Therefore, I prefer to be in my car as its being worked on if possible. I like this place because they are fast, prices are fair and the employees are always in a good mood. A couple times I have even gone in for an oil change and they have told me its not necessary quite yet, which has never happened anywhere else. All in all its my go to spot for routine fluid changes. read more
