I want to start off by saying customer service is friendly, aside from that: Do not bring your car here if you care about quality. Had to take my vehicle back in due to inadequate repair on panel while adjacent panel was left with scuff marks. I explicitly noted them before second repair and to my surprise the second inspection looked worst than the first. Additionally, the panel that was re-corrected also had new imperfections that likely won't come out with polish alone, per expert opinion. I decided to not go back and take my losses, but I hope this helps someone not make the same mistake I did allowing this company to handle my repair. read more

I just had my Tesla repaired at this Caliber in Remington. Absolutely everything from start at reception (friendly & efficient ) & waited less than 5 minutes when I met Christy, my service advisor. She looked at the damage in my Tesla and advised me of the repairs & it was immediately taken into the shop. She was knowledgeable & understanding friendly. I had a Tesla rental from Hertz who would not pick me up. Unfortunately I didn't have transportation. Caliber furnished me with a ride & Jose (friendly & kind) drove me to the Auto Center on the other side of town. This was above and beyond !! I was kept updated & the entire staff was excellent. Not only was I given a date for the repairs to be completed, my Tesla repairs were finishe 2 weeks early. When I returned to pick up my car, the manager brought the car out, as Christy was on vacation, he walked around the Tesla with me & made sure everything was right. Not only was it perfect, it looked like brand new!! And if I have any future complaints, the repairs are guaranteed for the life of my ownership!! I can't recommend Caliber on Remington highly enough! My daughter had her Tesla repaired here & my neighbor's Mercedes & BMW & they were also very pleased. I had one repair done at Diamond & everything excellent about Caliber was a nightmare at Diamond. I wouldn't have my bicycle repaired there. My experience with this location was horrible. The front desk person (Maria) is rude over the phone whenever I call them. The person who gave me the estimate (Brandon) very condescending and not transparent at all. I was involved in an accident that needed the front left side to be repaired. Brandon had a chance to look over my car and gave me and the insurance an estimate. When I received a call from the insurance company letting me know that the estimate was approved, I called them to schedule a time for me to come in. Maria was so rude, saying that the insurance company doesn't cover the oem parts. At the time I didn't know what that meant, and asked her to clarify it again she just repeated herself with an attitude. She wasn't being straightforward with either she was going to tell Brandon to call me or wanted me to call them. I decided to call them myself and found out what it meant. I was okay with paying for the parts out of pocket since I didn't want the process to be dragged out even more. I dropped off my car off on Monday, Brandon went over all the damages that were prior to the accident. Then on Friday morning Maria sent me an estimate that was over $4000 for me to sign. I was confused and didn't understand why I was being pressured to sign something that wasn't communicated to me. Brandon then gave me call and explained that I should fix the other side of the car since it might interfere with the repair and whilst it was still in the shop. I told him that was a lot of money that he was asking from me and asked if he could explain it over email since I was working. My first problem with him is that when he saw my car for the first time and could've pointed that problem out but he didn't. Then on the day I dropped it off, he only said that damage was here but never told me I should fix it. On top of that, the estimate that they wanted me to sign was sent too many times in a short period of time that I felt pressured. I called him again that day asking him for more information and he seemed annoyed by it, even though he asked me to pay for a big amount. I decided to fix anyways out of pocket on Monday thinking that it was the final estimate. No, I was wrong. He called me again on Tuesday saying, actually that he needed to add a new part to it even though he had over 2 weeks now to think about it. The total came up to over $6000. That's a really big jump from what I was being pressured to sign in the first place. His excuse was "we don't know what's under there, we don't want to take it apart because there's no going back". If he knew this was the problem then why didn't he just tell me when I first brought it in for an estimate or when he and Maria pressured me to sign the estimate the first time. I tried to call him but he's always "busy". I had the front desk people to let him know to give me a call back but nothing. During the times that I was on the phone with Maria she was very rude and never gave me a straight answer. When Brandon answered my email instead of calling me back, I immediately told him to cancel it. They refunded me the deposit that they asked me to pay for the original estimate. Then about a couple days later they told me it was ready to pick up about 2 weeks of them having my car, for me to find out there were dents in the fender? The finish wasn't smooth and bumpy, I called Maria to schedule me in and of course again she was rude. Even though they fixed the dent, the fender is not smooth in small part. Their manager tired to have me to come in to get it fixed, but I don't want to go back again after this horrible experience. Do NOT take your car to Caliber Collision Palm Bluff in Fresno. I have no confidence in their abilities to repair vehicles safely/properly, and their customer service is beyond horrendous. Aside from the time leading UP to the repair being done, which was AWFUL, we *finally* got to pick up our car, our Rep would barely make eye contact with us as he did the walk through to tell us our car was good to go. Fast forward about 2 weeks, my husband gets a random call saying our OEM light came in, and bring it back to the shop. Um, what?! We were NOT told that there was more to be done - WHY are we finding out this way? So we AGAIN, have to take time off of WORK to go get this done. THEN, the next day, while pumping gas, we notice a PANEL MISSING from the roof of our car! WHAT?! How is this even real?! So we AGAIN TAKE TIME OFF OF WORK, and the tech has the NERVE to say perhaps it FLEW OFF. NO, sir, you guys failed to put it back on. And yet, again. We must take time off from work because they are not open outside of business hours. Do *NOT* go to this location, if for some reason you insist on going to Calliber. What. A. Nightmare. This doesn't even begin to touch on how terrible Ronnie was in all steps of the process. He has 0 customer service skills and won't even look at us or speak to us when we go in each time. I've had deals with the facility on multiple occasions with different damages to my Tesla. Starting out the customer service wasn't the best, but it was probably because they are super busy since they are only one out of the two shops in Fresno that is certified to work on Teslas. Throughout the repair process, the service got a lot better. The service advisors are informative, but sometimes hard to get ahold of. I called to let them know I would be 30 minutes late because the cremation of my mother-in-law was taking longer than expected. They canceled my appointment that I had been waiting over a month for. The appointment was for a visual inspection to verify my description of the damage matched the actual damage, meaning the appointment would have lasted no longer than fifteen minutes. I understand there is a schedule, but a minimal delay for a short appointment under extreme circumstances should be taken into consideration. calliber installed a trunk seal wrong and my trunk was flooded. Calliber installed this taillight! Next the taillight filled up with water and they say they won't fix it. I contacted them before the warrantee was up and was told it was not their problem. why say you have a warrantee if you won't make good on it. This caliber collision doesn't resonate with its name, it doesn't offer the quality of service needed and aren't punctual or prompt on timing. It's not caliber at all , I initially was schedule for an appointment to write a rough estimate and to order the parts. After they've received the main parts , I was scheduled to drop my car on November 21st for repair. They kept in touch with me with all updates Unfortunately, a week later they said they're still waiting for the parts. it took em a long time to complete my repair approximately 2 weeks and one day. They didn't do an impeccable job on repairing the bumper, as shown in the pictures listed that there's a gap on the bumper and it wasn't placed or put on professionally and precisely. They reset everything in my car which the smog check test couldn't read after the reset. Ramsey Rojas was a great person with good customer service , but I don't feel that my concerns were addressed properly. The fender linear on the right hand side fell apart due to damage on the left hand side. He gave me an estimate on the fender linear $80 when it only cost $28 , there's a picture attached to substantiated. Insurance paid so much money for the bumper, headlight and painting and didn't pay $28 for the fender Linear. There's more to this story , but unfortunately It hurts to write it all the details. Lastly, they're not professional as they pretend to be and overcharging on everything, the front desk are so busy with claims and don't even look at you when they hand you the keys . I can't rave about this location enough! The repair was done sooner than expected and Ramzey was not only informative but hilarious, I can tell he cares about everyone's experience. I consistently received text message updates, and the work on my car looks perfect. I took it to the Calibre Collision on Remington in Fresno for an estimate to repair, not knowing I needed an appointment. The staff was so kind and sent Jose over to help and he then called Harry to come take a look. Rather than make me wait for an appointment, Harry was able to fix my mirror and I was on my way in under a half hour. My 2019 Toyota Highlander was rear ended and in need of repairs . Caliber was an approved insurance location so I chose them. Needless to say, it probably was not the best choice. Henry was my service advisor. I feel that this guy probably takes on more work than he could handle. I've had my repair due date changed 3 times so it ended up being there for two weeks longer than promised. After repairs were done, I picked up the vehicle. Upon inspection, it appeared ok with the exception of white dust all over my interior. Eitherway, I drove it home. After I drove it home, I parked the car in my driveway for a few days. Once I went to inspect the vehcile again, the rear bumper had shifted and there were uneven gaps all over the place, specfically the driver side, which had an outward potrusion. There were also large gaps on the inside of the bumper where the rear liftgate covered up. I called Henry and took my car back in for an adjustment. After the adjustment, I inspected it with Henry and drove it home. A few days later, the same issue happened. I called Henry once more and he told me that he would have to order additonal brackets and for me to take it in on a specific date. I took the vehicle in on said date. I should've known there was a problem when the front desk was unaware of me being there upon telling them I was there to meet Henry. I met Henry and he was a bit surprised that I showed up as well. I showed him the same issue and he said had not ordered the parts yet and made excuses about how they were busy and so on. So there I was, wasted 30 minute drive for nothing. I was furious at that point so I asked for a supervisor. Supervisor Raymond came out and gave me the same spill but Henry's story now changed and said the parts were delayed. I asked them why they needed to order new brackets if the brackets were replaced in their estimates to beign with. Of course, they had no answer. I ultimately left irritated and magically, the part(s) showed up a few days later. I took my vehicle in for repairs a few days later and upon pickup, the issue was still there and they seemed to have pushed the bumper in on the driver side so instead of it potruding outwards, it was now dented inwards. Also, the driver side rear bumber was now no longer aligned. I was irritated and Supervisor Raymond came out to looked at the work. He agreed that it was not the best. Since it was closing time and I needed my vehcile, Raymond stated that they would have to order a new rear bumper and I would have to wait for it to arrive for further repair. Raymond also stated that the bumper would be painted and it would take one (1) day to get my car back. As the day was winding down, I called Henry and asked for an update. Henry stated everything was good to go and that he would call me once the car was ready by the end of the day. I told Henry that the car had better be fixed correctly before it returned to me. He assured me that it would. A few hours later, Henry called and said the car was no longer ready and they needed to make "further adjustments to the bumper". Henry also stated that he would contact me first thing in the morning, around 8AM, for an update. By noon of the next day, I had not heard from Henry so I called. Henry once again stated that the car would be ready at the end of the day. Well, to my surprise, I received a call from Henry a few hours later and was told that the car was not ready and it still had fresh paint on it. He offered me a rental but I refused it since I would have to drive myself to their shop to pick one up. Now, my car will not be able to be picked up until at least Monday. For the amount of money my insurance paid that company, that job was not worth it. read more

When I found out Caliber Collision on Remington St was a certified MB repair facility I was Thrilled. After waiting for a whole month it was not worth it to wait a whole month booking this appointment. So finally it was the appointment day on a Tuesday 9/14/21 10:15 am. As I walked in two of the front desk woman wasn't friendly or welcoming. I had to wait about 15 to 20 mins more until my advisor Michelle finally came and talk to me. Mind you i booked this booking in advance for a whole month. Michelle and their team didn't have anything ready for me with my paper work and my appointment, was suppose to be a drop off meaning they will have all the information needed and the vehicle will be worked on. That is not the case Michelle had to call my insurance adjuster, I waited and waited. Finally Michelle got all the paper work done and i told her about my other concerns I have for my car. Michelle did a good job go over my concerns unlike their other location on Milburn their associate Henry seemed like he really didn't care. Anyways Michelle confirmed that my parts was available and in stocked. So as of today Friday 9/17/2021 I called Michelle around 1:47 pm asking her what's my ETF for my car. Michelle told me it was so busy my car hasn't been worked on yet and wasn't assigned to a technician. Michelle also ensured me that she will call me later today for more information on my car and when they can start on it. Guess what I never received a phone call from Michelle back, horrible customer service and experienced so far. I'm not a auto body repair expert but i do know for something simple like this should take only 2 days at the most and it's gonna dragged a lot longer because they closed on the weekend. I should have taken my car to Diamond auto body instead but I was hesitant because of their poor reviews lately on Yelp. I came in because Mercedes likes to make it difficult to clear diagnostics messages without having the exact equipment. I lucked out and was recommended caliber collision. They got me in and out quick. They managed to get rid of those pesky warning messages and for about a third of the cost the dealership was quoting me at. Came in because I wanted to get my front bumper repainted and my friend recommended them after he just had his bumper painted by them after an accident. I go to get a quote and they tried to charge me $3,000 just to repaint the bumper... THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS... AND they told me the paint job most likely wont match. That's just absolutely ridiculous, especially with the fact that they were trying to charge for nearly 40 hours of labor for a simple respray. I go to inspect my friends car to see if its even worth paying the price and his car has a very noticeable amount of orange peel that doesn't match the surrounding panels and there is paint run down his bumper. How are you going to charge $3,000 for a paint job that looks worse than if I were to do it in my garage with a rattle can? So I went to another body shop up the street and they charged me UNDER $1,000 and the paint job looks perfect. Safe to say I will never give this place my business nor recommend it to anyone. read more
