He mismanaged clients' deposits, didn't put in orders that he promised, and took off. He delayed people's projects for months and ran away with their money. On top of that, he dumped other clients incomplete window screens at my place and told the owners to come find them and sort them out, instead of delivering them in pristine condition to each owner. These owners reported missing window screens, doors, trims, etc, and are filing complaints against him. Don't believe Mike when he tells you he stands behind his work because he didn't with two of my neighbors and me. We can attest to that and warn everyone of his business conduct.

The reason I went with Window World instead of Anderson is because Anderson wanted to charge $11,000 whereas Window World price was $3200. My brother in Virginia used Window World and suggested them. In all, 21 windows and the sliding door were replaced with upgraded beautiful vinyl windows and what a difference they make to the overall aesthetic, temperature and lighting in our 1989 home. Shoutout to the Desert King team: Robert was very knowledgeable and provided us with lots of information and options so we could make the best decision for what product would work best with our home and also be in compliance with our HOA regulations. Jason came by to measure twice to ensure accuracy and Bridget kept us updated on the timeline of the project. The shining star was Freddie and his installation crew.
