Everybody is required to hand sanitize upon entry and each pair of frames is sanitized after being touched and/or tried on. The best part? The sales associate helping me pick out a pair was actually honest! She told me which frames were keepers and which did not look or fit right. I always get stressed when looking for new glasses since I never know what looks good, so the candid feedback and advice made this process a breeze. My new pair arrived right at my door in less than 10 days, and stopping back into the store for a frame adjustment was quick and easy. The frames I selected, with prescription lenses, AND with blue light filtering only came to $145, which is cheaper than what I usually spend when ordering from an optician's office, even after my vision insurance kicks in. I was also looking for a new set of frames and had originally planned on buying some frames online in attempt to save some money. Dr. Patel was extremely personable, efficient with her time, yet never rushed. The front desk staff was even more impressionable. I decided to have a look at some of their frames...just to look. I would never usually purchase frames without approval of my husband or family member...( I want honesty!). The staff walked me through all the frames and they were honest with me about the ones that didn't look good on my face. So appreciated. I found an amazing pair that I LOVE in a matter of 20 minutes. This process usually takes me DAYS of searching and trying on!! Best part, the frames I found were very reasonable in price. Of course they do have some more expensive options for those who want them, but you can definitely find plenty of options at very reasonable prices. I struggle figuring out VSP...the staff took care of EVERYTHING for me. I have a bad habit pulling my glasses of my face with one hand...end result is I lose up the frames by doing so. They are located in a shopping center with a very busy parking lot and have 2 reserved parking spots in front of their office that they recommend parking in to avoid being towed. We both thought our visits were fine, and the eye doctor was professional and thorough. and the only thing we weren't crazy about were the fact that we felt like they tried to up-sell us on a few things. I totally get that everyone is trying to make a buck, but we just didn't love it from a medical provider.

I love this place, except for one, big, very expensive thing that's happened with the new owners…read more The ONLY options they have for sunglasses are 1) A completely separate pair of prescription sunglasses and 2) Automatically dimming prescription glasses, which don't necessarily help in autos. The add on cost of auto-dimming lenses to prescription glasses *alone* is hundreds of dollars (more than $500), and a completely separate pair of prescription sunglasses are also hundreds of dollars. This is completely unacceptable in a state where we have such high UV risk. No clip ons, no other alternatives. I may still go here for my exam, but I'm not buying glasses here in the future. Forget it.

They create accessories such as sunglasses, earrings, wallets, bottle openers, bow ties, flasks, and watches, just to name a few all made with exotic woods. A good amount of things were on a deal currently as well which was nice. Prices also appeared to be good for such high quality products. I would have bought a whole lot had I not already own a large majority of these items with most being bought recently. In the end my wife and I bought a magnetic bottle opener with a bear carved into it. If you're in the area it's worth a detour. If you aren't in the direct area then still worth a visit because the area has so many things to do so pick something and just add this place as an additional stop!
