You send me a quote for $15k with $10k down payment, which you recieved Feb 3 ,2023. For the first 2 years the only contact with you was when I called or emailed and it took you 2 to 3 calls before you called back. I do understand it was the goverment covid shut down and you lost alot of employees.But emails and phones still worked . As far as me stopping by your shop and breaking in , hard to break in when all I did was turn the door knob and walk in. When I did stop by I asked for my parts and you said you did not have them. Maybe if you returned phone calls and emails this would not happen. At this point I would like my money back or at least my parts I paid for.

I had already replaced and tested several parts myself, but the boat still wouldn't run right. Richie took the time to properly diagnose the problem instead of just throwing parts at it. He found that the fuel pump was the main issue, replaced it along with the spark plugs, and got the boat running like it should. The engine now pulls hard, runs flawlessly, and got me through an entire weekend in Laughlin without a single issue. Richie was honest, knowledgeable, and communicated with me throughout the repair. He treated me right, got the job done quickly, and charged a fair price. It's hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but I won't be taking my boat anywhere else.
