Very polite & Knowledgeable over the phone. We scheduled an appointment. His tech team, Mike & Jeff, arrived right on time and helped me get everything situated. They knocked it out the park! He connected my Sonos Arc and Sub in my living room and ran my wired outdoor speakers through my walls using the Sonos receiver. I was so impressed I hired them a second time. Next, Unify connected my Yamaha receiver to my second home's upstairs loft. Again, they ran the speaker wire through the walls and ran power and HDMI cables through my cabinets. I also purchased a second sub and receiver from Unify for my living room and had the tech connect my ARC, two subwoofer, game room, and outdoor speakers. These guys are true masters of their art! He has put me and my family at risk by not finishing the installation of the internet networking equipment that I had purchased. Over $700 that he owes me and the hassle of chasing him down.
