For the first 2 years the only contact with you was when I called or emailed and it took you 2 to 3 calls before you called back. I do understand it was the goverment covid shut down and you lost alot of employees.But emails and phones still worked . As far as me stopping by your shop and breaking in , hard to break in when all I did was turn the door knob and walk in. When I did stop by I asked for my parts and you said you did not have them. Maybe if you returned phone calls and emails this would not happen. At this point I would like my money back or at least my parts I paid for. read more

I had some fuel hose problems and they fixed them right on the spot and very nicely. So when I went back with my oil cooler hose mess, not only did they fix them in short order, but when I discovered, I had made a mistake and one of my hoses needed to be remade completely, they fixed MY mistake, No Charge. Ok so, to whom ever maybe taking the time to read this. I've been wanting to state a few things about this shop and the owner for a while now, especially from what I've been hearing from what the owner Paul has been telling and saying to people that I know. I only made a decision to do business with him cause of a friend of mine Jesse that use to work here and do the car audio side but left a while ago. I made a decision to take my Mazda b2200 build here to get some audio work done to it. I got my first quote from Jesse, it was to install some things I already had like an alarm/LED lights and radio also a keyless entry. Once the quote was set and we were ready to move forward Paul decided to up it 300 dollars from the original price which I was like "ok that's fine, I'm good with it as long as it gets done". So once that was done we moved forward to our 2nd quote my system being done but I also had product from my other build that I would be using for this one as well. I was once again quoted by Jesse for 1200 but then once Paul heard or seen the quote he once again bumped it up 300 dollars. I was a little frustrated about this but I was like ok screw it "Jesse you do badass work bro, let's just move forward on it" so we did but some thing for me didn't sit well once I told Jesse about me having him move forward about doing custom door panels. Paul did not like the price Jesse gave to me and I finally just told Jesse we need to sit down and talk cause of the matter everything continues to be bumped in price and nothing sticking so we did. Once we sat down it was pretty straight forward, I told him I never had anyone give me a price and someone come right back around and bump it up on me not once, not twice but every time I wanted something done. He continued to tell me it was because of his merge with Al and Ed's and wanting to pay Jesse more, so he can get him on a management payroll etc. Now I just said fine do whatever is needed since the process is already in play and obviously my truck was already at the shop. Long story short, me my self this is a big reason why I do not do business with a lot of new shops or new people i come across. This is not a way to treat customers and sit on their vehicles and just put your self first just because your the business owner. This 1 star for customer service would definitely be a zero if I could give the shop one, it's pretty simple on how to treat customers and this wouldn't be it. read more

Shop had my truck for 10 months. Yes 10 months it was for a sema build. Paul the owner said he needed it for 3 months before sema so I got it there aug 17 I drove in to pick up my truck for sema thinking there was just a couple loose ends to be taken care of but show up to a truck with everything taken apart. Paul apologized for it then said he would make it up to me fast forward another 7 months after sema and I finally get tired of waiting and go pick it up. Truck was scratched bumpers scratched no radio playing rear end that he just redid cause they messed it up the first time failed. Shop stole my warn 16.5ti winch my hitch and power supply as well. Note to anyone that does business here you will get taken advantage of have numerous guys I met during the time that my vehicle was there and all said the same thing. Tried to let him correct it as he said he would get me all my stuff that was missing and pay for the damage that was caused but has not done that as well. On Saturday, June 5, my family and I left for our vacation to visit family back east. When we got to Barstow our Tahoe began having mechanical problems. The engine was bogging down and did not have any power. We had to turn around and come back home. My family was upset because we had been planning our trip for several months. On Sunday, I called Paul from Rezurxn Speed and Marine and explained to him of my circumstances. Paul told me to meet him at the shop and he would check out my Tahoe. With in three hours Paul ran a diagnostic and got the Tahoe running in top shape. My family and I were able to get on the road and enjoy our vacation. Went to Rezurxn to see if I can get some corrective work done as well as adding more horsepower to my car and during the beginning of our conversation I knew that a decision was made my service wasn't welcomed !!! I pray that I am wrong but the vibe that I got was of that we dont work for or with your kind cause I offered to bring my car in it was a no go due to the jobs they had the couldn't get me in until December they guy even wrote into his calendar the date to book me in to bring my car in and the call never came not that the new year is here ....!!!! I would of had more respect if I was told that they could not or did not want to work with or want my business but it's ok they're not the only shop and ill just let others know here in the high desert know about my experience and with Rezurxn.....!!! read more

Although I am not quite sure why my initial review was taken off...could it of not been proper enough? Was it not correctly written? Surely not! There's other reviews on here that would make any Language Arts or Grammar teacher quiver. Furthermore, would you really take someone serious (or their review for that matter) who can't simply break down a run on sentence, spell check a paragraph or write a proper review on a public site?Really people?! At the very least, put pride and some thought into something that has your name on it! Secondly, do I act erratically and sway from one business to another because of tantrums I choose to throw when businesses don't give me my way? Of course not! I write thorough reviews after I've taken notes on details that only a customer whose done enough research and homework on any business I'm interested on doing business with, instead of throwing myself to a business that appeals to me at the time. No! You see, I like to think my parents taught me better than throwing and bashing my name anywhere and everywhere by marrying up to any establishment who "sweet talks" me into a "lie" and "scheme"! Shame on you, stop being lazy and do your homework! You should know better. If and when I do business with an establishment, I am sure to research and review before throwing my money, my business and my self to them. Without further ado, here is my initial review: Rezurxn is a business I have gradually gained the respect and trust of. I'm not one who trusts in a business as I am constantly on the move. Initially I was skeptical only because 1. Being military and having to move all over messes who you conduct business with, it's hard to spend money on something only to have to move later with faulty merchandise or services bought. 2. Being stationed in Ft irwin leaves me with an additional cost for gas, not to mention the over 100 mile drive to this establishment. If something would be wrong, driving back to fix it would be a hassle and debatable. I'd have to ask if the fix would be worth my time or money on gas I'd have to spend. Aside from all this, I am very particular who messes and works on my car. Who wouldn't be, right? I initially came to Rezurxn to install my amps and to do some custom trunk work. Jesse fully understood my vision and ensured we were both under the same accord before going to work on my car. I was appalled by his work and fully satisfied on how promptly they worked to ensure I didn't have to make unnecessary trips until my car was complete. Their work ethic is like no other. Liking the familiarity and hospitality, I returned after I did a trunk swap and forgot to connect wiring that unlocked my trunk. After jokingly receiving some heartburn and sharing some good laughs with the guys, they immediately tended to my needs and they quickly gained access to lever that opened up my trunk. I say all that to say this...these guys are legitimately worthy of my time, my money, and my business. They are straight forward guys who will do all to ensure your vehicle is taken care of. They don't believe in shortcuts and will only use quality products to ensure the duration and life of what you are purchasing. They've gained my respect and can count on my continued business. read more

When you read the reviews, you tend to wonder if people complaining are just crazy. Well, this was a interesting journey. Installers were cool dudes, they just work there but do a good job. I had a few things installed, custom sound system and other electronics. Turned out good I guess. Started in June 2020 was able to pick up in September 2021. Do the math. I was continuously promised completion as early as Christmas in 2020. (Initially job would take a few days from drop off June 2020)I know CoVid happened, take for what it's worth. Many promises and let downs. This business doesn't need my business. I just hope nothing fails because I can't deal with the way my project was handled. Missed all my summer trips( i went, boat didn't make it) There are several good things attempted. But this was a big let down. I know I was too nice about the situation, but every chance was given to make it right. I begged to get my boat back. Wonderful receptionist handled things as best as she could under the circumstances of a frustrated customer not understanding why it took more than a year to complete boat stereo install.) Tire caps missing from trailer wheels. Straps to secure ladder was broken. Boat cover was ripped and several straps torn. $300 boat cover ruined. Didn't have these issues at my home, could have been avoided. Has anyone else had similar concerns? I have never dealt with this type of unprofessionalism. I found myself making excuses. Please get a receipt and line item of whatever is installed. He will not add the prices to your receipt because they are "competitive". Learned my lesson. I can see that maybe they are well connected and have a successful business. But, never again for me. With all due respect. Won't even mention the rest of the things that happened. I did get a free out drive service which made everything better for the year it took to get boat back. This was a respectful and honest review. read more

Owner is horrible does not know how to run a business very shady does what he wants doesn't communicate with customers and left my car like crap and they even messed up my back bumper when my car was there for over 2 months for a system ridiculous. Then he lies about everything. The Secretary in the front is rude as well. Go else where for all your vehicle needs. I paid for all equipment in may and we agreed on me paying for equipment and they sponsor labor if I referred customer and have their logo on my car which I did and I took it back over to do my door panels and he tried to have me sign a bogus contract and I wrote him about things I didn't agree on at 10 Monday night he didn't respond but read the message then I get there at 9am Tuesday morning and to see all my equipment that I paid for ripped our of my car and left my car a mess hole in the door panel and not even connecting the power locks or Windows on passenger side. And not even connecting the driver door. He even tried to steel my optima batteries luckily I noticed. He never had the ok to rip all my equipment out of my car yes he wrote me a check for it after but that's still not ok now my car is stuck with this junky box in it and now I have to buy new door panels and fix back side windows because they spray painted it and other damages. Horrible owner stay away from this shop he only cares about getting his cars finished instead of doing the customers jobs. Stay away plenty of other shops out here that won't rip you off read more

Super amazing team of guys!!!! Omg I'm glad somebody pointed me in the direction of this shop. For the last 2 years I've wanted my car audio to be up and on point and loud AF. All these other swap meet wanna be stereo shops up here had me trippen because I've heard nothing but bad things. Then REZURXN came into my life. My car bumps, it's loud AF, you can hear me coming from a mile away. I had a custom built box built to fit in the back of my hatchback to fit one 12 inch sub, amp, wiring, bass knob, all installed. Everything is beautifully done and I'm one happy camper. Everybody that hears my sound says it knocks and that they did an amazing job. I highly recommend them! I was having an issue with something and they told me to bring it in ASAP and they would put my car in the front of the line. And they did just that!! I was in and out in 7 mins!!
