I've never seen a such a clean boat for rent. No tears. No stains. Everything worked. Just wow! Pre-drive instructions were great. Don't remember his name. Nice guy! Upon docking, Ben boarded and drove us around the dock. Talk about an awesome person! Cordial. Nice. Etc. Side note: He's aiming for Stanford. One bright kid! Mia at the desk was super nice. They take pictures of the boat before hand. That's probably why it's so clean. We've rented boats from many places. Best by far.

Honestly... ? Jet…read moreskis 5/5 Pontoon boat 3/5 Service 4/5 I enjoyed it here. Staff was pretty chill. Some were chatty some were a bit less. We rented a pontoon and jet skis the next day! Some of the staff will explain more to you on boating and jet ski instructions some less. Benjamin was great! Jet skis honestly were iffy. I was worried. The day we went boating, saw some decently new ones and a few old and colors/paint on the skis looked really worked out. Luckily, the day we went! We got 2 really clean and new looking ones. Oh boy did they go fast! I think we hit 40+ MPH. What a blast! Pontoon was ok as usual the gear shifter are stiff and tough to adjust like most boats I've been on fell rentals. But it worked! We hosted all the way to the dam side of the lake and fished and the only thing is no anchors. Plus the lake is deep so it's not available to anchoring.

He completely overhauled my electrical and electronic systems, retrofitted everything to modern digital standards, and even took care of several issues on my trailer that I hadn't mentioned. He performed two separate sea trials to make sure every system was working perfectly before calling the job done. I couldn't be happier with the results. The boat now runs and handles better than it did when it was new. Courtney's expertise, attention to detail, and professionalism are outstanding. Not only are they the most affordable option, they offer pet friendly pontoons. Our favorite to reserve is their standard 6 person pontoon boat. For a one hour rental, it is $95 plus $20 for fuel. One hour on the lake will go quickly though, so I definitely recommend renting for a 2 hour minimum- especially if you wish to do some fishing. A one hour rental I'd recommend perhaps for a quick sightseeing drive lunch around the lake (food and drink is permitted onboard). Either way, Holloway's Marina is our recommended go-to for a fun, affordable, pontoon boat rental on the beautiful Big Bear Lake.

Within a few weeks of driving the truck it was making sounds like the pump was going back out. We brought the truck back to knights, they looked at it again and admitted the part was faulty. They replaced our pump with no cost. This showed outstanding integrity since In the past, we've dealt with mechanics who shrug off their mistakes and make it seem like it's your fault to get more money out of you. Not the case here.
