The Ford Focus was a compact car and fine if using for simple travel but uncomfortable for long distance driving. I could feel every bump on road, it was a very noisy ride and it was difficult to learn the dashboard technology especially not having any manuals. Not user friendly as the staff had a hard time helping with it as well. Aside from the negative experience with this car, the staff was very helpful with changing out the car for the next two days. I will rent again from this service center, and I would recommend it too. It's convenient and they pick you up at your home so you don't have to park your vehicle at the center. Nobody answered then it transferred me to another branch and nobody answered there. I get there and this late teen/early 20s guy is just sitting there doing nothing, on his phone. He was not friendly, then told me that he was going to charge me $250 for a cleaning fee for some cheerios and then accused me of having a dog in the car even though it's against the contract. I repeatedly tried to explain that I did not have a dog in the car, we do have a dog but that the dog hair gets carried over on our belongings and our clothes and came off in the car. We've got three young kids, live in shingle springs and had the van for 2 weeks. I'm renting a minivan and you're trying to charge me $250 to shop vac some Cheerios while copping an attitude & saying I'm lying about not having a dog in the car. Would not recommend this place at all, go anywhere else.

When we picked it up the car was dirty, they had no up grades for us, seat was so low I had to take a pillow to set on and I am 5'3". the left back made a banging sound, but we could find nothing wrong. We had to pay for 3 extra days because it was a holiday and weekend since they were closed those days. So it just set in our driveway. When I went in to complain to Gabrielle, he said someone would be in touch with me. No one ever contacted me, so I called and went in again and no one ever got back to me.

Needing a car rental due to a recent car accident in which I was rear-ended and being that Enterprise was literally right next door to the business doing the body work, I was thrilled. I stopped in on the same day I took my car into the body shop for appraisal. Super professional and friendly employees kindly answered all my, many questions thoroughly and patiently. It was very reassuring to me to know I could count on Enterprise during this difficult time without my car. On the day I dropped off my car for repair, I had made an appointment at Enterprise, too. So I knew what to expect. Even before my appointment, I received a phone call from Katie confirming and reviewing the appointment details. Wow! I was impressed. She acknowledged the insurance company, which was paying for the rental (that being the insurance of the person who hit me), as well as what that insurance would and would not cover. That was important information. If I did not want to pay the Enterprise rental car collusion insurance, I needed to bring my own personal auto insurance policy number on the day I was getting the rental car. Finally, I would have to leave a $50 deposit, which would be refunded when I turned in the car. The pick-up of my rental was seamless. Since my last business dealings with Enterprise many moons ago, their vehicle checkout procedures have really been streamlined. I worked with Jake on securing my rental and could not have been more pleased with his knowledge of Enterprise procedures. He completed the paperwork sitting in the rental car on his iPad. He then answered every question I had about the vehicle's operating system. I left Enterprise that day feeling confident driving the rental. During the week of driving, I was receiving texts from Enterprise providing phone numbers and who to contact should I need any help or assistance. That was a totally an unexpected perk I really appreciated. A day after I returned the car, a texted survey asking about my experience was received. I am impressed with this company valuing and following up on customer satisfaction. Lastly, a shout out to Marqel for his help. I highly recommend the El Dorado Hills Enterprise Rent-A-Car company for your rental needs. Safe driving!:)

I was told they would need to bring one to the lot so I could not have it at my requested 9 am but it would be available at 10. Upon arriving to pick it up at 10, it was not there and they did not even know if one would be available that day!!! Thanks a lot Hertz. Way to mess up a carefully planned move! And to top it off. The customer service person I spoke with for my refund acted like they were doing me a favor by not charging me a cancellation fee!! What a joke. I told her I should charge them the $50 cancellation fee because the failed to provide me with a vehicle.

The next day with concerns there might be issues I called to make sure they had received my reservation. They had, and told me they would be getting a van brought up to the location sometime that day and then let me know when it would be ready. They did call and said I was all set. That afternoon I went to pick up my rental. It was quick and the gentleman behind the counter was polite and prompt. We checked the van out in a matter of mins and I was on my way. Upon drop off I was there a total of 5 mins to sign a few forms and for him to check them mileage. Overall a good experience and I would use them again. Be sure to call after making your reservation to verify they received it.

I got set up through my insurance about 5 in the morning the day after my accident. A few hours later, I received a call from Patrick at normal business hours letting me know that they would have a car ready and he wanted to know what time I would be getting there. When I arrived I was greeted by Dupree. This location was spotless. He was awesome to talk to. Fast and efficient. He showed sympathy towards my situation. I really appreciated that. I told him my past experience at this location had me waiting for almost an hour. He had a that seem to really make this visit so much better. He pulled up my reservation and found me a vehicle quickly. Patrick took me out to the vehicle. We did the inspection. He was through checking it over and explain the documents I was signing. ** About a week later, I walked in and spoke to David. I asked if Enterprise sold any of their vehicles. He set me up with Claire at the Roseville Enterprise car sales location the same day! Let's just say I did end up buying a new vehicle thanks to David and Claire!!! These 3 are an epic team!! She said was SO NICE, Genuine, Kind and VERY HELPFUL Offered to email the CarFax to us, a few days before we were set to come see & test-drive the van. We noticed an issue with the air conditioner on our drive. She was going to have the shop behind their location look at to see if it was a quick inexpensive fix, since van was being sold-as-is. Because we weren't familiar with the area, she told us of some lunch places. My husband & I decided on a delicious option, while the maintenance shop looked at the air conditioner. It was an easy fix. We let her know our budget and she did everything to help get us the van, so the final cost didn't exceed the cash we had. She even had to call her boss. HIGHLY RECOMMEND We would DEFINITELY purchase from Sherri and El Dorado Truck & Auto Sales again‼
