He checked all four tires for wear and advised me as such. Damien then took over the get the car into the bay and gave me the details on the repair. Shared some insights on servicing Rivian's and reassured me that they are very familiar with them and have serviced quite a few. Carson was the actual tech who performed the service and he was very efficient and knowledgeable. He had the fix done in under 30 mins. Overall a great experience. I called Noah at 1:30 on a Saturday afternoon to see about making an appointment. His response was that I could come down to the shop and he would handle it right now. We made an appointment and drove over two hours to meet Scott. When we arrived, he had already pulled out every trailer we were interested in, opened them up, and allowed us to look at them. He was busy helping another customer, which was actually perfect because it gave my husband and me the opportunity to look at and discuss all the trailers without any "salesman" pressure. After Scott finished with his other customer, he was unbelievably attentive to us.
