I recently took my own car in for some basic maintence. He charged me less for an oil change than Jiffy Lube, took care of my axle, and told me that my concern about my belts was unfounded and the belts were totally fine (again, something he could have easily just done and charged me for). Working with this shop was easy (they have a key drop off) and at no point was I concerned that we were being ripped off.
