Went there today and was very excited because they have a great selection. I am trying to build a…read morewalk way and need certain size stones. The guy inside told us to go out and he would send someone to help. The first guy that came out was nice and willing to help us get the stones we needed, shortly after another guy came out and told us we could not pick the stones we just got what was one top. I explained that I need large stones since I was making a walkway and he said nope you only get what is on top. We tried to talk to a manager, but there was none in and the guy working the inside said you can only get what we give you. I wasn't asking for a hand out, I was paying for a product, but it is crazy that they were telling me that this is what I get and that's it, it's my money I should be able to buy the product I want. If they want to conduct business like this, then at least separate it in to small, medium and large so people can get what they need. I ended up going to Design Outdoor and getting exactly what I need. They were so nice and helpful. I have many yard projects that I am doing and was excited to get product from Carson Masonry, but will never give them a cent.

I Have had terrible luck with my outside salesman not returning quotes and lack of professionalism. I don't feel he is interested in serving my very small construction company, And is only motivated to service his large buyers. There inventory is also very lacking. Meeks was always a lumber and hardware store with great inventory, And now is very lacking as far as hardware. They are not the only show in town anymore and should start acting like it!

I started the process of replacing or repairing the hydraulic pump on my skip loader in July 2017…read more I was told they could get a replacement pump initially but might have to replace hoses and hard lines to match it. After going around and around for a few weeks the reality was that was not a viable option. Ended up ordering the parts to repair the pump on August 1 2017 but the wait would be another 12 weeks. I contacted them 12 weeks later and was told to hold off that it takes time. I contacted them numerous times in the following weeks by phone and in person. They then contacted the supplier to find out that there would be another month wait. When they did arrive, one of the parts ordered was incorrect and had to be reordered. Another part was also incorrect but the correct part was unavailable. Now well into December 2017 I finally received most of the correct parts. Hydraulic Industrial Services said they had a solution and could produce a sleeve that would couple the incorrect parts to the pump and solve the dilemma. I then brought them the pump and all the parts so they could accomplish the task. Mid July 2018 after numerous visits and promises that the job would completed with zero results I picked up my incomplete pump and left. This was a monumental waste of time and money. They told me they had the knowledge and capacity to do this work but never followed through. I feel it must be a lack of knowledge or disregard for customers or both.

The dishwasher was never secured to the under side of the new counter so it was loose and would tip forward when the door was opened falling out of the hole. It is dangerous for my parents or anyone when a heavy appliance is not secured. They sent their sub-contractor - read THEIR subcontractor "Michael" to fix it and it immediately came loose again. Pic below - because it was not secured with the screw correctly. My Mom has called on three occasions and even visited the store to ask the owner to send someone again to secure it. Nathan has "blamed" the subcontractor passing the issue "I have called him and texted him" and months later it STILL not been addressed. Poor poor poor way to treat a couple in their 80s - once Nathan had their money, I guess they had no value to him.

We brought it home and unpacked it from the box and it was in perfect condition and is running as I post this review. 3 stars for plumbing and electrical. We had a propane dryer prior to this but chose to put in electric. We had to do some work to the electrical box and wiring so we needed some conduit and supplies. It was difficult to find someone who knew about those departments. It took us twice as long to find what we needed than to buy a large appliance and get it loaded. 1 star for check out. It is ridiculous that we have to work at checking ourselves out and giving Lowe's are hard earned money while someone gets paid to stand their and watch us work. Not a fan.
