I was hundreds of miles from home, so the driver let me ride with him to the shop. Upon arrival, they allowed me to use their facilities, charge my phone, and sit inside the waiting area while I called the insurance company. Everybody in the shop, from the owners to the customers, were very helpful and polite. Every time I had a question for the insurance claim, several people would offer an answer! After several hours on the phone with insurance in their lobby, I finally had a rental car, but no way to get to it. The owner heard me on the phone with a taxi company that was going to charge me $60 for a ride. He offered me a ride with one of the employees, instead. Awesome, good people with that good old sense of helping people out when they are in a bad situation. Thank you.

Your company responded to call for towing service within 15 minutes of our call. Amber who was the responder arrived and handled the situation in a professional and very capable manner. The car was located on the left shoulder of the road, and traffic was stop and go through the entire process of loading the car onto the flatbed. It was obviously a very dangerous and difficult situation. Her first objective was to get my wife and me into the truck, out of harms way. Through the entire process of loading the car onto the flatbed, traffic on road were within feet of her. Once loaded Amber then transported us with the car to a local dealer where she unloaded the car and our son in law picked us up. In closing I want to commend amber for her concern for us, her skill and ability to do the job, and her professional conduct with us through the entire encounter. I was towed from a "Business Patrons, 1 hour" section on a Saturday night. Businesses were closed…read more(except for the pizza spot), very few cars in the lot. I went back out after 1.5 hours to get a bag and check on my car, it was gone. I told the dispatcher I had a sound check for a show, the parking garage nearby is closed, businesses were mostly closed and no one was in the lot, and had returned to check on it it -- he initially felt bad but then became rude, stating it was $425 and wouldn't budge on price. Keep in mind, city tows are $275. I got there after my show at 12:30am -- just a truck sitting at the gate, no light, no office. The kid there said he was just about to leave. I asked for a receipt by text and never received a response. I also asked for the contract between the property management co and Kosiken's, no response. They could have written a ticket or put a boot on. This is legal theft & coercion.
