These guys took their time, were thorough, and they did it right. They showed me pictures of mold inside my furnace and dust inside my ducts and dryer vent. I had them clean it all out and sanitize the system. My furnace and A/C is 12 years old and leaking, so I will be replacing it with a more efficient heat pump in the future. For now, however, I got my ducts cleaned to help improve air quality in my house. The workers were friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend.

I paid a lot of money expecting a thorough job -- especially since they advertise that they provide before and after photos to show the results. I never received any photos, so I followed up. When I called, I was told, word-for-word, that they "barely had to do anything," so there were no pictures. That's completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If the job was that minimal, why wasn't I contacted before charging me full price? And how am I supposed to know what was actually done? This was a major letdown for such an important service in my new home. No transparency, no proof of work, and zero accountability. I won't be using Gene's again and wouldn't recommend them based on this experience
