He removed every single leaf & trace of debris that he cleared out, texted me before & after pics and also recommended solar panel cleaning. That first impeccable experience with him sold me on being a regular client. Fast forward to this week. This will be the 5th year that Jonathan has cleaned my gutters & solar panels. Like clockwork, every year he texts me a reminder when it's time for my annual cleaning. I really appreciate being able to rely on him to remind me! I also appreciate that Jonathan remembers important specific details that I only had to tell him the very first time I scheduled with him. He knows that my tenant lives in the back, so he'll start early but only on the front if the house. He always makes sure my tenant can have his normal, quiet morning. Be aware - if you use their service they are going to sign you up for an annual plan whether you want it or not and aren't going to inform you of that. They apologized and assured me it would never happen again, and then what do you know - TWO YEARS LATER they scheduled another automatic appointment that I never asked for. When I emailed them to tell them not to come, their email was disabled. When I responded to the text telling them not to come, there was no response. When I clicked on the link in the text, there was no way to cancel this appointment they apparently scheduled for me. If they show up, I'm calling the cops. Don't use these guys, they were nice in person and did okay work but the aftermath of their services is sketchy as hell and will cause you far more inconvenience and worry than you need in your life.
