He asked for my real name so that he may "better help me with the case and reimburse me." Another reason ( and probably the Main reason) he wanted to know my real name is so he could threaten me with a lawsuit. He wants me to sign a form to promise not to post anything negative about his business in return for a reimbursement for his offices' mistakes. Can you believe that ?? I should have received a reimbursement without having to sign anything. What do I get ???? A threatening email from his staff to file a lawsuit against me for my honest Yelp review about his business !!! I couldn't believe it!!! He wants me to either take down this bad review or change it to five stars/good review and if not he wants to start a lawsuit against me for "defamation!!" Can you believe it?? I am furious right now. How can his be an honorable business when the business owner wants me to lie about what happened and threatens me with a suit should I not comply with his wishes to erase the bad review or change it to a good one !!! This is unethical and dishonest !! People have the right to know the truth about what happened to other clientele before proceeding with procedures/services from the business themselves. I have been going to Dr. Abri for almost 4 years now and have loved him and his office staff from day one. However, I am BEYOND in love with Dr. Abri now. First off, Before i went to Dr. David Abri I had a bad "trip to the dentist", So I was a little uneasy about going to ANY dentist at all. As soon as I sat down in the lobby I could see that this Dentist was different! All of the office staff were so nice and professional. The lobby was well decorated, and inviting. Then for the "in chair" time. As soon as Dr. Abri came in and made the call on what I needed done, he sat and talked to me and I think just got to know me a little first, that was great! He has such a gentile touch, I almost fell asleep in the chair! The Rooms are very clean and organized. I would refer anyone and everyone to Dr. David Abri. I came to Dr Abri after I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years. 8 cavities. I went twice to complete the task. Never once did I feel the shots, they take SAG and AFTRA insurance. Staff is great. I have sent everyone I know to him. His chair side manner is second to none. Dentist's in general are a miserable place to go, I don't mind going here. I needed to get my teeth fixed after I chipped it one night, it looked horrible. Needed a good job on it so I wanted to go to someone that would be thorough with it. Not only did he do that he also made it a comfortable environment because I was a little bit nervous. It's like you can't even tell they were broken and he whitened my teeth for me. I just had my Implant done by Dr. Farnad Parvaz DDS. She is incredibly good at what she does at a fair price; she is caring and very friendly, which is a must when it comes to someone who performs a surgery in your mouth area.
