I found Dave on yelp and decided to give him a call. Dave showed up on time to install 4 TV's and surround sound for outdoor seating area. Everything went well but when 2 of the speakers went out it became almost impossible to get a call back from him. After a few days I finally got a text from Dave and he said he will look into it. Never followed up and I reached out to him numerous times as well. He said " I have lots of clients and I don't remember what you needed to be repaired". As a business owner myself I know the importance of always keeping your clients satisfied. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I'm very disappointed and I feel like I've been treated as I don't even exist because I've already paid the bill in its entirety. I highly recommend calling David for your audio/visual installations. He installed two TVs for us (beautifully mounted, no visible cables). Set up a new sound bar and bass subwoofer. And reconnected our Bose sound system which had gotten disconnected and dismantled when we had a fire. He's kind, courteous and communicates well. He takes the time to explain things so that all the components make sense. David is amazing!! When we moved into a new apt that had bad wiring/outlets in the living room, David re-wired our living room seamlessly and installed a hanging TV on the wall that looks perfect. He was super professional and nice. A few weeks later I hired him to come back to install dimmer switches for the living room lights and he figured out that our lights also had incorrect wiring and fixed them and put in our dimmers. Contacted David for mounting my 77'' LG TV plus Sonos arc on the wall. The job was done very well, quick and neat - all the wires are hidden pretty well. After he has done the job, he cleaned the mess as well. Pretty happy with his work! So I contacted him second time for install my curtains in living room as well as install a ceiling light. The ceiling light was done quickly and professionally with no issues! And for curtains, we have tried installing curtains ourselves for other rooms before and it is not an easy job at all, and it is really hard for one person to do it for sure. David was professional at leveling using his tools and was able to do all four windows by himself - each window needs 3 brackets and they are double curtain rods, additionally, each window has two holdbacks. There was an accident occurred though while drilling a nail hole next to the kitchen, as we all were not aware that the fire sprinkler pipe is actually there - we agreed on the position where to drill the nail holes for the brackets. David was calm and reacted fast to run to my garage to turn off the water valve to avoid more leaking from the pipe. Later on, I had to call my builder to send a fire sprinkler guy to fix the hole on the pipe, and the builder told me I was not the first one who had this accident - so it sounded more like a builder design issue, however, they won't be responsible for the charges for the repair... David proposed first he won't charge me for the curtain installation for today or him paying for the full bill of repair, but I think it wasn't his fault as I agreed on the position to drill and I also did not know there is a pipe next to the window (no pipe maps from builder, and they said they won't provide it even after I requested later). So we ended up splitting the bills for repair, and David said he will be responsible for the drywall repair too (they had to cut two pieces of drywall in order to fix the pipe). And a week later, David found someone to come to fix my drywall, and finally everything was fixed nicely. I appreciate David being so responsible and getting all fixed, so I think he worth a 5-star despite the accident! One more side note - David lives pretty far away from my place, but he was willing to come to help me on weekends (even on his non-work days) as he values me as a customer. I would contact him for more works later still - wall art/decors once I have bought them! read more

We needed an 83" LG TV installed. We were unsure whether or not we wanted it mounted or on a stand, and if mounted, how exactly, because we wanted it in a corner. David offered several options when we first met. When he came back to do the work he'd been thinking about it and suggested a solution which worked out wonderfully. Mounted, on an arm that could swing out so we could access our mail slot hidden behind its large size. David and Oscar were prompt, polite, and problem-solvers. The work was priced reasonably. It worked out so well that I then asked him to install a Ring doorbell and a Ring outdoor light and camera. The Ring doorbell replaced an old doorbell that no longer worked so there was a possibility that the wiring wouldn't work. But David checked out the wiring under the house and luckily made it work. We couldn't be happier with their quality, service, attitude, and value. Even my three Pomeranians who love to bark were super chill with David and Oscar working in the house.
