No attention to detail, everything is uneven - doors do not shut properly as were hung uneven. Molding - horrific! Cannot cut straight, so they slapped a ton of paint and caulk to cover the uneven angles. Tile is not flat, but bulges out all over the place... The list goes on.. To top it all of - ruined outdoor furniture cleaning the cement off the containers with the hose. Cement splatter all over and it does not waah off. Not to mention the fact that the site was never cleaned up. The front of the house had material and debris that Walter said was going to be taken care off. Once paid - never heard back from the guy.

Estimated time of completion = 2 weeks. I paid him the first installment and he started right away. He worked consistently for a few days. But then the absences began - he kept me apprised at first but then he just wouldn't show up for days. It has been more than 3 months and he's still not completed the basement. I've given him a $1000 advance for another project and he has not shown up for work since. He also has $500 worth of my stuff from Ikea that he picked up but never delivered. To be fair, he did mention that he had a personal task to attend to but that was in late June and I've not heard from him since. The most frustrating part is not responding to calls and messages (I have all logs). I've explained to him several times the urgency of finishing this work but he seems to have ignored it so far. Extremely professional, paid attention to detail, always on time, kept their word and made my vision come true! I had my basement renovated, some of the things I had done were : added some recessed lighting, painting, flooring in my laundry room, finished my closets, changed all hardware, added a sink, plastering and mounting TVs and my floating Vanity. Oh and I was really blown away when he created the wooden floating shelves I wanted... from SCRATCH! They are absolutely stunning and everyone who's seen them thus far ask me where I bought them! They also fixed plumbing and rerouted some electrical. I now have usable outlets and a sink in my laundry room! I'm loving it!!! I had an issue with the laundry because it would flood everywhere at times, I had 5 different plumbers look at it and no one was able to fix it... until Wilmer and his team came along! A month after purchasing our home last year 2016 we contacted Tidewater & Crew to come over to consult us and give us an estimate on having our kitchen and bathrooms caulked and grouted. (Best rule of thumb is to have this done about every 6 years plus, depending on how bad the old grout is coming off and crumbling.) Ed contacted us back fast and we were able to get him scheduled to come over and look at our problem areas. He's friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable and shows up on time. He did an excellent job throughout the whole house. When Ed was re-grouting our master bathroom walk in shower he came upon an issue we had with the shower floor. All around the floor's edges the grout was wet! He removed the old grout and we let the shower sit unused for over a week to see if it would dry out, well it never did. He advised us to look into this thinking something might be wrong with the pan liner underneath and the pitch looked wrong. ( Later we discovered after having the bathroom floor pulled up that indeed the pitch was off causing the water to flow back into the walls and not downward into the drain. Also when the drain was installed it was never set down/screwed into the wooden bottom floor, it sat about a half an inch above so it wasn't allowing the shower floor to drain properly! And the original pan liner was compromised due to someone putting nails in the inside causing water to leak through it to its underside to the cement. Water went the whole way down past the cement reaching the wooden flooring structure of the house underneath. We caught this just in time before it reached the room bellow's ceiling! ) Thank you again Ed for all your wisdom!
