I was GHOSTED by my agent of 14 years. David will be your "good neighbor" as long as he can sell you stuff, but don't expect an iota of help when you need it. I've been a decades-long loyal SF customer, until a month ago when another SF insured caused an accident and damage to my vehicle. SF refused to deal with my claim in good faith, and dismissed it before even getting a statement from me or a witness that was present. This isn't David's fault - But when I contacted him, asking if he could help me get the situation resolved, all I got was crickets. Several emails over a month to multiple people in his office were not acknowledged in any way, even when I finally simply asked to cancel my policies. Absolutely shameful behavior from SF towards an accident victim, and absolutely shameful treatment of a long-time loyal customer on David Chacon's part. read more

I have had renters insurance through David Chacon -- State Farm Insurance beginning three years ago. Very easy to deal with and very customer-friendly. They call if you haven't paid your premium to remind you, and they send you to the link to pay on line or pay with your phone. Very responsive to basic questions about policy coverages. read more

I have to say that all around it was an enjoyable experience working with the Mission Branch State Farm office. First of all, the team in this office is super personable and helpful, especially Ed my agent. Additionally, they were able to give me any extremely low quote for both my renters insurance and my car insurance. When i had to relocate to Portland, Oregon for work, my insurance rates went up dramatically. Ed was awesome enough to call the Portland office and make sure that all the numbers were correct and that I wasn't being overcharged. I would highly recommend this office! read more

I was assigned to this office when my old agent retired. David and his staff have been so helpful, supportive and communicative over the past few years. Always responding to odd requests with enthusiasm and promptness. The latest was needing an immediate letter emailed for Canada car insurance confirming my history and record with State Farm. I was needing this to get all the safe driver etc discounts. Lucy was so attentive and prompt and knew exactly what they needed. I'm really happy to be working with them.
