I walked into Remax 10 looking for a home. I happen to know the sales guy Rob. Showed me about 4 to 7 places. I end up buying a condo downtown. When it came to my agent to put a bid in, Rob would call the other agent first to see if they will except my bid. previous homes, I bought they usually put it in writing first. My agent finally put a bid in for one of the places I bought. Now the reason for my one star. The selling agent had to do all the work. When it came to signing all the papers. my agent wanted me to come to my friends house and come pick them up. Or meet me at Cd And Me . So the seller agent did all the work to make this deal happen. So when I called yesterday, the office to speak to manager. I talked to Pam. Pam told me, that my agent said I was difficult. I just cannot believe that response from her. The selling agent text me and congratulated me on my new purchase. Never heard from my agent to congratulate me.
