Their details noted that nobody needed to be home so I was working in the basement, and didn't hear them ring the doorbell. I didn't realize they needed to come in to take the screens off! It appeared the person didn't get my phone number, so poor guy had to wait until I noticed the ring camera notification to be let in. They have traditionally been more cost effective than some competitors. This year they started the job and came back with a price hike to finish the job which was nearly a thousand more to do the job. They are no longer cost effective. When I balked at the change of life quote (remember they have been doing it for a few years) they immediately sent me invoices for work to date in email and text and followed it up just days later with a second invoice. I was in the business years ago and worked with a company that prided itself on high quality, perfection minded results. I pretty much know everything involved in the process being not only in sales and customer service but installation. Needless to say my bar was rather high on expectations. The work performed was textbook and there was only one small drop in downspout that was a bit crooked and Jake was quick to respond and took care of the problem in a timely fashion.
