I like their work but evidently their time is more important than mine. I do not feel like they care about my situation when they handle things like this. When we went in for the next appointment, we were told we needed to pay $400.00 upfront or reschedule. Our dental plan pays 80%, so I find their office practices to be severely dishonest.
