I think he is the owner. I thought I had a captivity in a tooth, as it turned out I had a cavity in the adjacent tooth. Dr.Harmon came in a rush, looked in my mouth and said we need a plan. Cost $400. This was after I had x-rays, and the tech told me I had five cavities. I am 78 years old and have very poor Ins. and just wanted a tooth filled. They charged $200+ for the visit. I have since gone to another dentist, he filled the cavity and I have an appointment to extract another tooth. This was done with no plan. Think of that. I can understand having a plan if you young or middle age and want to improve the looks of your teeth but not in my case. It Just a money maker. Stay clear or get your wallet out.

I'm very picky and I hate germs! The staff at this Milton office has been absolutely wonderful so far! I've had 2 cleanings and yesterday recieved a new plate and partial. I will report again after they've been in for a while but so far these are the best looking and best fitting EVER! My doctor and her assistant are friendly, professional, on time, and have displayed an attitude of wanting to do their best work at every level of my care. Absolutely zero empathy, and the response was "We don't have any new patient appointments until the end of August and we don't submit claims to medical insurance, and if you don't have out of network dental insurance we can't help you". I again explained I have cancer, and this is for medical clearance, and she just refused to listen to me. Rude and completely unprofessional. I hung up the phone in tears because this has been such a frustrating and long journey/process, and it's people like that, who make it so much harder. I had very little post-procedure pain or issues. The office staff were very friendly and courteous and the office was very neat and clean. "Oh I can see it burning", broken crown could have been saved if more water was used to keep the porcelain crown cool. Dental provider who referred me, let me know they will replace the crown at no cost to me.
