What prompted me to write this review is in response to the superb assistance/help I received from them in regards to a claim I needed to file. The State Farm employees in Holly Labarber's Office were very attentive. They kept in contact throughout the entire process via phone calls, emails or the State Farm app. Their on-line claims reporting process (via the State Farm App) was easy to follow. If any further information was needed they would message me as to exactly was required. I was kept in the loop as to where in the process my claim was. The professional contractor stated adamantly that he never dealt with an insurance company that wanted to talk directly to the homeowner so incessantly. The only logical reason from our point of view would be that you were trying to find 'fault' in our proper claim. In any case, it was quicker and easier to handle it as an out-of-pocket expense than to deal with your office. State Farm used to have these commercial that ends with a song: "Like a good neighbor, StateFarm is there..." Well, YOU weren't 'THERE' for us when we needed ya!! Folks, we all get insurance for that safetynet. If they treat an extremely long-standing customer like they did then god help us all when we need this State Farm agent for some once-in-a-lifetime-catastrophic event. Sadly, I wouldn't want to even think about it...
