I asked if I could just pay as I go, like every other normal laser clinic, and they flat-out said no. They bragged about me being "approved for a good loan" and acted like $400 a month for laser is somehow normal. On top of that, they made an awkward comment about how high my credit score is, which was unprofessional and honestly just weird. And let's talk about the "free treatment" I chose for my underarms -- complete trash. I've had to shave three times since, including the same day I got home, because they missed so many hairs. Zero attention to detail. The free session with consultation was worth exactly that. Everyone I know pays under $200 for full-body laser and actually gets results. Milan Laser is overpriced, sloppy, and more focused on selling loans than doing their job. Honestly, you'd get better results buying a $10 razor at CVS.

Before a session she will ask what areas are tight and in need which is reassuring and comforting. When Dushan opened up his own salon, my stylist went with him. I followed. Now it's 2014 and Julie L. grew up and had a family, so she left the salon. I did not. I now see Helena as my stylist and I couldn't be happier. My wife and the rest of my family goes to her when their follicles could use a little more air. She's great at what she does. Dushan always greets me with a smile and a handshake. It's a great atmosphere. Now I'm a dude, so it's not difficult to cut a dude's hair. Unfortunately my hair grows incredibly fast so it takes a talented stylist to make sure I can go 4 weeks without my head feeling like a wookiee in the dead of summer. Helena makes sure I'm comfortable until my next cut. She's awesome. The salon is clean and comfortable. The staff is more than accommodating. The customer service is beyond incredible.
