I arrived on time, only to be told to stand to the side while she continued working on other clients. I waited about 15 minutes before she even came over to me. I explained that I was a bridesmaid and needed to be finished by 10:00 for my makeup appointment. She literally laughed and told me, "That's not going to happen. You won't be out until 10:45." This was for a simple low ponytail with light waves that I had already shown her. At 9:35, two assistants started curling my hair while Antonette continued working on her THIRD client since I had arrived for my 9:00 appointment. I repeatedly asked when I would actually be able to see Antonette, and nobody could give me an answer. By this point I was extremely upset and honestly on the verge of tears. At 9:55, her assistant finally asked if I could come back later to actually have my hair done. Obviously, I said no because I had a wedding to be in and a strict timeline that I had communicated from the beginning. I took off my cape and left without receiving the service I had booked. The worst part was that Antonette didn't apologize, acknowledge what happened, or even say anything as I left. She simply gave me a snarky look. I am not new to getting my hair or makeup professionally done. I understand that appointments can occasionally run behind, unexpected things happen, and sometimes a stylist needs extra time with a client. That is not what happened here. There was no meaningful communication, no attempt to accommodate me, no apology, and seemingly no respect for my time whatsoever. If you know you cannot accommodate a 9:00 AM appointment, then DON'T BOOK A 9:00 AM APPOINTMENT. And if circumstances change, I would hope some would have the basic professionalism to communicate that with your client BEFORE they spend their morning sitting around waiting. I booked this appointment a year in advance because I trusted that my appointment would be honored. Instead, I arrived on time and was treated like an inconvenience while I watched other clients get serviced before me. I ultimately left without receiving the service I had booked. The entire experience was incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and honestly humiliating. I would never book with Antonette again, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend her to anyone who values punctuality, communication, or basic respect for their client's time.

I mentioned that MULTIPLE times to Marcella because I am a new client and NEEDED her to understand EXACTLY EXACTLY what I need. I EVER SHOWED HER A FUKIN PICTURE FROM MULTIPLE ANGLES OF EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED. My hair is MY IDENTITY!!! Gave me a FUKCING butch MMA grunt military cut. NOOOOO!!! I've had other stylists go a little longer just in case and then we can ALWAYS take more off. I don't want to feel like a fukcing jock ass male. Unfortunately, she was in a rush like who gives fukc about this degenerate I have a more important client next getting a more expensive style so f the cheap ass for under $50. She cut a single length on the sides that was too short and did not blend with the top. NOOOOO!!!! It was my mom's birthday too so she fukced that up as well!!! Perhaps the problem is that this studio books appointments in too short of blocks which doesn't leave time for quality and attention. DON'T FUGK WITH MY HAIR IF YOU'RE GOING TO RUSH!!! I am paying OUTSTANDING money for a QUALITY haircut. Do I have to physically fight your next client just to ensure I get the necessary time and day for a good haircut?!?!? It absolutely should not come to that. I'M SO PISSED!! In addition to demanding my money back and filing a dispute on my charges, I am at the precipice of filing a freakin lawsuit for emotional distress. I am dealing with a very recent onset hearing issue and have a VERY IMPORTANT engagement coming up where I want and demand to look FANTASTIC. Now, I feel like complete shit! No way should this be acceptable, ESPECIALLY at a boutique EXPENSIVE hair salon where QUALITY IS DEMANDED!!! The studio policy clearly had her rushed to attend to the next client who was probably more important because she had a more expensive hair job with cut, color, and otherwise. I just had a simple short haircut that should have been easily handled if she had followed my directions but she either didn't care or was otherwise too inattentive to give me the cut that I needed. I had to go back to have somebody else blend it in and was forced to have it cut shorter to blend in the top. Just FOLLOW DIRECTIONS! If the stylist has a concern or unsure, please communicate!!!! This is especially true for new clients like myself. SOOOO PISSED because I thought that if I paid a lot for a supposedly prestigious hair salon, I would get top notch service that I paid for but sadly no. In addition to losing myself as a repeat customer, you lost the business of my family and friends. We are all dealing with a LOT of Stress in our lives. We should be able to go to a hair salon and RELAX!!! Nobody should have to be on pins and needles praying and hoping that they get the exact cut that they describe and showed when paying near top dollar. I pray that the studio takes immediate action to ensure that this never happens to another client.

I have not had any other service other than the hair cut/style and color, I usually only get highlights and lowlights. Ignore the parking signs out front that say only 15 minutes as that is for the next door bar patrons. They are in the parking lot where the CVS is on the corner of Hall road and Hayes. Their prices are typical and reasonable.

My younger daughter usually sees a different stylist each time she comes and she is always happy with her hair. Even my son has a favorite stylist here. Their prices are very reasonable and every stylist they have does great work. It can be hard to get an appointment at the last minute, especially if you want to see someone in particular, so it is always best to call in advance. I can usually get in within a week to 10 days from when I call. The salon itself is very clean. I can't imagine going anywhere else to get my hair done.
