I called DCS heating and cooling and they came out and said the system was out of freon and it leaked out probably because of the caps. So I got stuck with a brand new central air unit that leaks and has to be charged just to work for a month. Not to mention they only installed 1 air return in the whole house when there should be returns in every bedroom In response to DCS heating and cooling There was no number on the answering machine when I called. So that is a lie. The number you guys leave on the side of the AC unit I presume is for show and tell and its 2020 so call forwarding isnt something you guys do either? And Last time I checked HVAC businesses are essential so why you guys would close in a time where people need there systems to work the most is beyond me especially with children in the house. Not to mention the things I left out of the review of how all of the old HVAC unit from the home was just tossed in the attic and wires, thermostat boxes etc were laying everywhere. I will be contacting the state in this matter and I will go elsewhere to have my system work properly.
