Patients deserve compassion and adequate care during vulnerable procedures. When I called with an insurance question she didn't have the answer to, Emma was forthcoming and apologetic. Her voice imparted kindness and care which mattered much more than the information I had called about as a new patient. The day of my appointment I had difficulty finding the location and Emma patiently and kindly helped me first with my anxiety over being late and later with figuring out how I could still see the Dr. when I ended up finally locating the facility and being extremely late. The Dr. was also lovely and friendly and very kind to me about being so late. He spent as much time with me as I needed to understand my condition even though he had every right to have not seen me that day at all (since I was so late). I was impressed with my entire experience knowing that Dr. Navabi carefully selected a technician like Emma to represent his practice in a caring way. :) In a world that can feel more and more disconnected, emotionally intelligent young women such as Emma are more valuable than ever. I couldn't even get through to the office to cancel my upcoming colonoscopy because all I kept getting was an automated machine. I left several messages and never received any return phone calls. I also had problems with his office staff not following through, etc., on things prior to this. I can't believe that Dr. Navabi could be a good doctor when he has such incompetent, and unavailable staff.

I showed her my confirmed screen shot of my appointment, called the back office they said I could reschedule for June 13 or they will just call if somebody cancels. I work two jobs so that is why I picked the holiday for my appointment. After 3 people said that's it/ all we can do. As I see here now they accommodated another person. I never raised my voice or treated anyone with disrespect as I to am in customer facing jobs. There was a breakdown in the computer however, seeing my confirmed appointment more should have been done.

I have been a patient at this office for a few years now and have nothing but praise for them all. I feel I received excellent care and Dr. Najarian has a good bedside manor. The office area is large, people come and go, it seems to me at a good pace. I only had to wait 7 minutes to go in my room and 9 minutes to see the doctor. I call that great timing.
