My colonoscopy went great and very easy to communicate with. The entire experience was great and would highly recommend.

Naim is very thorough and has very good diagnostic skills, which is obviously the most desirable quality in a doctor.

He recently did my colonoscopy, which was my third. By far the easiest process to date, save one issue I describe below. The prep was so easy this time; Dr. Eshaghian gave me the option to do a pill based cleanse 12 hours before my procedure, and it was a game changer. And according to the doctor, the results were perfect, which was not always the case with the old "drink three gallons of this horrible tasting stuff and spend the next 36 hours on the toilet" approach. The procedure only took 20 minutes and he was bedside to give me his impressions the moment I woke up. The anesthesiologist he works with is terrific, as well. All in all, a great experience save the issue below. So I highly recommend him. There is one thing to note, however. He has contracted with Valley Endoscopy Center as the place where he does his procedures. They are quite awful. Scheduling was a cluster of confusion between the Center and the doctor's office; I got different messages each time I spoke to each and it created a bit of an issue with arranging for the timing of my before- and after-care. Plus, when I arrived for the procedure (once the time was finally solidified), there were a bunch of people sitting on the floor in the hallway because the waiting room did not have enough chairs for the number of people having procedures done. And then I went in an hour behind schedule because the Center was short-staffed with nurses (which I understand is a universal problem, so I can give a pass on this one). But the doctor is a win as mentioned above, so I was willing to put up with these issues. I do hope he upgrades the Center he uses, though.

The last time I was inpatient was when my tonsils were removed when I was 4 years old. Until 2 years ago, I wasn't even taking any Rx medication. Needless to say, my anxiety level was sky high. The atmosphere in the office was super chill. The guy who took my insurance information was pleasant. It took less than 10 minutes from the time I arrived until Dr. Sach walked in to the exam room. He explained all about the procedure and the prep. He didn't try to downplay the nature of the prep but explained how important it was for me to get it right. Our visit didn't end until he was sure that any questions I had were answered. The person who set up the date for the procedure was also very nice. She explained where I would have the procedure done (right down the hall from the office), what time to arrive, and what time I could expect to leave. She then directed me to someone who would deal with my prep medications. Again, I was greeted warmly and with a smile. I could purchase the meds from the office or do my own shopping at the pharmacy. It seemed easiest to just do it at the office. I was handed a gold gift bag with the meds and prep instructions. Everyone I met reiterated that I should call if I had any questions or concerns. I'll update this review once my procedure is complete. I can't say that I'm looking forward to it, but Dr. Sach and his office staff did a great job at alleviating most of my fears.

Dr. Collins speaks in short, clipped sentences, seeming both rushed and dismissive at the same time. She becomes exasperated if you don't automatically comprehend her quickly uttered sentences. For example, she asked in rapid speech: "Does he sit?" I answered, unsure of her meaning (and wildly uncomfortable after a few minutes of her demeanor) "I suppose he sits before and after school." I thought it was a physical fitness question. Then she said, almost angrily: "No. Does he sit on the TOILET?" I laughed to break the tension, but the entire thing was really uncomfortable. The worst part is that my son grew more and more tense until his eyes were huge, and when she left the room for a minute he said to me, whispering: "She's mean, I wanna go home." In the end, we learned absolutely nothing from the visit. Also, the office staff behaves just as Dr. Collins does, acting as if you are really bothering them. They deal with you in a manner that is incredibly rushed, and they are very bothered by answering any questions. Strangely, we were their first patient of the morning, and there was no one else in the waiting room as we left. I urge you to find someone else with a bedside manner (especially because she deals with CHILDREN, and even as an adult the experience was awful), this visit was overwhelmingly bad in every way..

She is thorough, direct but kind, and excellent at what she does. Thank you Dr. Collins!
