I once came in for a scheduled appointment to be told they had not put me in the system and that I had to come back another day. They have regularly taken a long time to complete billing and send documents I've needed . The following was the final straw: I recently reached out to get my botox treatment, they told me it had to be reauthorized by my insurance and that they couldn't schedule me until the authorization went through, despite my provider leaving in the upcoming weeks. They told me they would get back to me when it was approved. Having heard nothing, I followed up a couple of weeks later, and they told me that it still hadn't been approved and that I needed to continue waiting. Approaching my provider's exit date, I called my insurance to ask what was going on with the authorization. They informed me that NOBODY FROM BNL EVEN HAD PUT IN A REQUEST (despite that I had talked to them twice about it.) When I called BNL (and left a voicemail because it's hard to get through it to anybody) they called me back to let me know that they just put in the authorization today and they would be willing to schedule me for a month and a half from now with a new provider (for a service which is usually done by a tech/PA with more flexible scheduling availability). This place is a total mess, and is clearly having trouble retaining staff. It's unfortunate because I used to really like them.

I was misdiagnosed at an urgent care and was given wha he caled was a "whimpy dose" of steroids. He diagnosed the problem was probably not stemming from my lungs, but rather from my sinuses. He provide me with a quick lesson on how the lungs and sinuses are part of th same breathing system.(if the upper part is leaking fluid or germs, the lower part usually gets irritated. The doctor placed me in a medical regimen that worked. I am finally able to go back to work and regain my life. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I think it makes him more sensitive, caring and undoubtedly, non-judgemental of his patients.
