In the last 5 months of our lease agreement multiple attempts to communicate repairs like leaky toilets, broken closet doors, and electrical outlets needed to be tended to. After all this non-communication, the next time we do here from them it's to inform us our rent will be going up and we have 7 days to decide what to do. Totally disregarding a 45 day heads up and almost disregarding the repairs and lack of communication. Furthermore, before contracting with this company assure you understand the deposit and exiting procedure of you property. Our location was left in prestine condition and still was charged a cleaning fee, that they contract with, of $250.00. In total, the company held over 700.00$ of our deposit for us leaving the place in better condition it was left to us in. If your deposit doesn't matter to you disregard this last comment, however take it into consideration.

Without a will or beneficiary, my retired father in Arizona ended up having to take over the payments and all of the legal proceedings that accompany this. I live and work in Texas and was trying to help where I could. We had the condo listed with another realtor for over 4 months, and we did not received one offer. Mathew, along with a wonderful stager he works with, Nicole, came to our rescue. Through a chance referral from a colleague of mine in Arizona for the staging company, we received the names of several realtors and Mathew was at the top of this list.
