I called back in January just to find out that they never sent it to my insurance and that they were going to send it "right now." They didn't even send the bill for my initial checkup to my insurance. I called back this month, February, and they claim that they still haven't heard back from them. I have never had to wait more than 5 days to hear back from my insurance. Almost 5 months of waiting. This is disheartening since I have something pretty serious going on with my tooth and now I have to find a new endodontist and have my records sent over to them.

Both of his assistants are amazing and very kind and informative as well as Dr. Corns. You could immediately tell he's very good at what he does, instead of the usual numbing at a dentist that numbs your entire face he numbed only the tooth and area immediately around it and the entire root canal was completely painless. They do separate the procedure into two visits about a month apart because he said because there are much better outcomes this way. After leaving that first day my tooth was completely pain free and only had to wait two hrs before I could eat normally. My tooth felt completely back to normal in between visits and the second part was very quick and also painless. Everyone I met was extremely kind, professional, and talented. Pricing was a little less than the quote I received on the phone and in line with the other places I called around to, but most of them couldn't fit me in for weeks, and even though his schedule was full he got me almost immediately. I've always heard root canals were painful but I've felt absolutely no pain during or since the procedure. I can't recommend Dr Corns and his team enough, my only regret is that he doesn't do general dentistry or I'd have a new dentist. Their offices were nice, clean and very comfortable as well. Complete experience was a 10/10.

They have a generic verbal and written blurb, that patients should check their insurance for benefit coverage; however, they will not specifically verbalize whether they're participating with certain companies. They will simply accept your insurance card, and take a cash deposit from you, without verbalizing why you're being asked for a deposit. Apparently, a deposit is only required, when they're not an in-network provider with your insurance. This unfortunate and calculated "silence", keeps them from writing off any provider adjustments, which is the difference between what they choose to charge, and the standard reimbursement amounts an insurance company would actually pay, enabling them to charge each patient the FULL balance owed. I won't even get into the unprofessionalism received via telephone, should a patient inquire about their bill. Apparently they're quiet when getting your business, but unprofessionally talk over you when you attempt to question their lack of transparency.

Let me explain what that means. I have had approximately 1 million appointments at this point, several thousand cavities filled, a couple hundred crowns, a few gallons of novacaine pumped into my face and my teeth are practically bionic at this point. Sadly all my metal fillings have now been removed from my mouth, so I can't tune into B96 by tilting my head in just the right direction anymore. The good news is I no longer have to monitor how the stocks I had my HSA invested in are doing, because its balance is 0!!! I can't say enough about how fun and caring the entire staff is and how responsive they are to whatever is ailing you. I am *so* glad Dr. S is not 64 and about to retire like every other dentist I have found and liked.

Not only did they lie to us they did an unauthorized procedure that we had to pay $1300 for I'm very disappointed in the service I received I felt like I was lied to my other family member feels like she was played and lied to also, I would not recommend this office to anyone unless you wanna be robbed and lied to.
