All The Dentist I 've seen have been Amazing; they identify each other by their 1st names (interesting) but I like it. Today I had the Pleasure to be seen by Dr. Sara or Susan . Dr. Moody tried to fit a permanent crown on my implant and tried several different sizes. He commented that if the last one didn't fit he would have to special order one. He left me with the last one and said it was good. I was there in March of 2024 for a cleaning. I told his associate the implant was hurting/ bothering me. He said 'Good news! It's NOT infected." Yet he gave me an antibiotic rinse to use for 3 months. Then I came back in May to have new crowns put on when Dr. Moody said, " your implant is severely infected. We have to pull it all out, post and all." That experience was sooo traumatic, I hadn't been back to a dentist in 2 years. They tried to get me to sign papers for payment before pulling it. I refused stating it was their fault. They agreed not to charge me. They were supposed to fill another tooth that day, which they did not, but chMarge's me anyhow. Then. Beyond that though, I sat in the waiting room for all of 25 seconds before I was called in! My appointment was for 8:30, and I was in the chair by 8:31. When's the last time you saw a doctor running on schedule?! The staff was friendly and good humored, and the assistant attended to me immediately. I arrived for my appointment and had to resubmit my documentation all over. I was seen by the hygienist, I was given a look over by the dentist. I was told that I would be contacted with a treatment plan the next day. It's been 3 weeks since the appointment and I haven't heard anything. I've called their listed number about twice a day for the past 3 weeks and haven't been able to get through. I went through the prompts and reached a call center. They attempted to reach the office and were unable to do so. They stated to me to keep trying. So I've set up an appointment with a different dental office instead.

This is the worst dentist I've been to and I had to call their parent company to file a complaint…read more Dr. Patel is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She has no business practicing when I've seen her in five different moods in the maybe five times I've been there. You may get her when she's being decent or when she's being awfully mean as I usually have. This dental clinic overbooks like crazy with what appears to be one dentist, so whenever I go in there everyone is frazzled and the dentist is rude and takes it out on me, on top of having to wait for an extra 30 to 45 minutes for my appt. The guy at the front desk loudly and unprofessionally complained while I was sitting there about having to call my insurance and "wasting his time". In multiple instances Dr. Patel raised her voice at me, telling me things such as "get your finances together and then come back" and rudely telling me that I have "poor dental hygiene so she doesn't know what she can do". So very rude and also very humiliating for an experience that is already unpleasant to begin with. I've had awful work done here - my fillings have all been shoddily done and have popped off within a couple of weeks with regular eating, brushing, etc. They do very basic, poorly done dental work, with bad materials not made to last. When I brought this up, they tried to blame it on me. This recent time, they have no account of two fillings they did on my teeth in the summer, and I now have to contact a lawyer since I don't know what they even did to my teeth. They tried to pass it off like I was lying when the record shows that I came in for two visits during the summer, but they didn't log the fillings. Losing medical records is scary. Just overall a very unprofessional practice and Dr. Patel is the worst.
